    Abstract: Provided are a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area. The non-display area includes a bending area and a binding area. The bending area is located between the display area and the binding area in a first direction. The bending area is provided with a first signal trace. The display panel further includes a substrate and a protection structure. The protection structure includes a first protection structure. The first protection structure includes at least a first protection layer, a second protection layer, and a third protection layer arranged in stack in a second direction, the first protection layer is located on one side of the second protection layer farther from the substrate in the second direction, the third protection layer is located on one side of the second protection layer closer to the substrate.

    Abstract: A second display region has a lower pixel density than a first display region. A third metal layer is located upper than a first metal layer and a second metal layer. The occupancy of the third metal layer in the second display region is lower than the occupancy in the first display region. In a pixel unit, the first metal layer includes a first electrode region to control an amount of electric current in a driving transistor, the second metal layer includes a second electrode region and a third electrode region to supply current to the driving transistor, and the third metal layer includes a main region to form a capacitor included in a capacitive element to store a control voltage for the driving transistor, and an island region surrounded by the main region with a gap and interconnected with a lower electrode region by a via region.

    Abstract: A driving transistor is configured to control driving current for the light-emitting element. A first capacitive element and a second capacitive element are connected in series between a gate and a source of the driving transistor. A first switching transistor is configured to switch connection/disconnection between a data line and an intermediate node located between the first capacitive element and the second capacitive element. A second switching transistor is configured to switch connection/disconnection between the gate and a drain of the driving transistor. A third switching transistor is configured to switch connection/disconnection between the intermediate node and a reference power line. A fourth switching transistor is configured to switch supply/non-supply of driving current from the driving transistor to the light-emitting element. A fifth switching transistor is configured to switch connection/disconnection between an anode of the light-emitting element and a reset power line.

    Abstract: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes first and second touch electrodes. The first touch electrode includes first touch sub-electrodes arranged along a first direction, an island electrode located between two adjacent first touch sub-electrodes, and a first connection portion. The island electrode and the first touch sub-electrodes are provided in a same layer. A first gap is formed between the island electrode and the first touch sub-electrode. The first connection portion connects the first touch sub-electrode and its adjacent island electrode. The first connection portion and the first touch sub-electrode are provided in different layers. The second touch electrode includes at least two second touch sub-electrodes provided along a second direction intersecting with the first direction, and a second connection portion connecting two adjacent second touch sub-electrodes. The second connection portion and the second touch sub-electrode are provided in different layers.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of OLED technologies and provides a compound having TADF property. In an embodiment, the compound has a structure represented by Formula (1), in which L1 and L2 are each a hydrogen atom, phenyl, naphthyl, anthracyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, and pyrazinyl; R1 and R2 are each aryl or and heteroaryl, such as a carbazole-derived group, an acridine-derived group, diarylamino, a diarylamine-derived group, and the like. In the present disclosure, the double boron heterocyclic structure functions not only as an electron acceptor but also as a linker. In the compound according to the present disclosure, by attaching a group having a large steric hindrance to the boron atom of the boron heterocyclic ring, the molecules the compound are prevented from aggregating, and thus a π-aggregation or excimer formed by direct accumulation of the conjugate plane is avoided, thereby improving the light-emitting efficiency.

    Abstract: Provided is a display panel including a display area, which includes an optical component arrangement region including a light-blocking region and light-transmitting region units distributed in rows and columns. Each light-transmitting region unit includes first and second sets of light-transmitting regions that are arranged along a first direction. The first set of light-transmitting regions includes a first light-transmitting region and a second light-transmitting region arranged along a second direction, and the second set of light-transmitting region includes a third light-transmitting region and a fourth light-transmitting region arranged along the second direction. The first direction intersects with the second direction. Each light-transmitting region has a length direction. An angle formed between the length direction and the first direction is within a range of 10° to 40°. In each light-transmitting region unit, the length direction of each light-transmitting region points to an area surrounded by the first to fourth light-transmitting regions.

    Abstract: An array substrate includes that: a data-writing phase of each row of the pixel-driving circuits is divided into a first phase and a second phase, in the first phase, a data signal of each data line is written into a parasitic capacitor on a data wiring electrically connected to a respective one of the row of the pixel-driving circuits, and in the second phase, the corresponding scan line transmits a scan signal to the row of the pixel-driving circuits, and the parasitic capacitor on each of the data wirings electrically connected to the row of the pixel-driving circuits writes the data signal into a drive control terminal of a respective one of the pixel-driving circuits; and the first phase of each row of the pixel-driving circuits at least partially overlaps with the second phase of a previous row of the pixel-driving circuits.

    Abstract: Display device and fabrication method are provided. The display device includes a first substrate and a flexible circuit board. The first substrate includes a step region, first alignment marks, and a base substrate. The step region includes a bonding region and the bonding region includes a plurality of first pads arranged in at least one row along a first direction. The flexible circuit board is bonded in the bonding region and includes second alignment marks. Orthographic projections of the first alignment marks on a plane of the base substrate do not overlap an orthographic projection of the flexible circuit board on the plane of the base substrate, and do not overlap orthographic projections of the second alignment marks on the plane of the base substrate.

    Abstract: A boron heterocyclic compound has a structure represented by Formula (I): in which L represents a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, a substituted or unsubstituted naphthyl, a substituted or unsubstituted anthryl, and D is mainly selected from carbazolyl and derivative groups thereof, acridinyl and derivative groups thereof, or diarylamino and derivative groups thereof. In the boron heterocyclic compound, an acceptor unit is bonded through a boron heterocyclic SP3 linking moiety, which shortens the conjugation length, increases the energy level, and also further improves the thermodynamic stability of the molecule. In addition, the short conjugate axis reduces intramolecular charge transfer and narrows luminescence spectrum to some extent. The compound can be used as a TADF material. Since the light-emitting layer of the light-emitting device does not contain noble metals, the cost thereof can be greatly reduced.
