Abstract: Disclosed are methods and apparatuses for supporting BWP-based operations in sidelink communication. An operation method of a first terminal in a communication system may include receiving, from a base station, configuration information of a mapping relationship between an uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP) and a sidelink (SL) BWP; when a UL switching operation for the UL BWP is performed, performing an SL switching operation for the SL BWP mapped to the UL BWP based on the mapping relationship without separate signaling indicating execution of the SL switching operation; and performing sidelink communication with a second terminal in a switched SL BWP.

Abstract: A method for receiving a PDCCH by a terminal in a mobile communication system may comprise the steps of: receiving a first PDCCH including first DCI from a base station through a first PDCCH search space; and receiving a second PDCCH including second DCI from the base station through a second PDCCH search space, wherein the first DCI and second DCI are for scheduling the same PDSCH for the same TB or TBs associated with the same HARQ process, are for scheduling different PDSCHs for the same TB or TBs associated with the same HARQ process, or are for scheduling different PDSCHs for different TBs or TBs associated with different HARQ processes. In addition, the first DCI and second DCI may be received from the base station within a time window.

Abstract: A method for indicating preemption in a communication system is disclosed. A method for operating a terminal comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, information indicating a first resource area, to which a preemption-capable resource belongs, for transmission of first data; receiving resource allocation information of second data from the base station; performing a monitoring operation for detecting a PI indicating a preempted resource for transmission of the first data in the first resource area, when the first resource area overlaps with a second resource area indicated by the resource allocation information; and performing decoding on the basis of the detected PI. Therefore, the performance of the communication system may be improved.
