摘要: The present invention discloses a plastic frame, a frame unit and a fastener thereof. The frame unit is strip-shaped and has at least one end having an assembling portion. The fastener is used to fix two of the connected assembling portions, and the assembling portions of the frame units are connected and fixed by engaging two surfaces thereof with two surfaces of the fastener. The present invention achieves modularization of plastic frame by providing the frame units and fasteners and assembling them into the plastic frame, which not only saves cost of molding equipment, but also ensures a certain level of fixing strength and flatness.

摘要: The present invention provides a direct-light backlight module and a liquid crystal display device. The direct-light backlight module includes at least two light sources; a diffuser place, disposed above the light sources; a reflection plate, disposed beneath the light sources; and an optical film, disposed on top of diffuser plate, further including a plurality of via holes disposed at corresponding areas on the optical film between two neighboring light sources; and further including a liquid crystal panel, disposed on top of the optical film. Through this manner, the present invention can realize the thin design of liquid crystal display device, with the luminance uniformity of backlight module.

摘要: The present invention provides a combined backplane and a backlight module using the combined backplane. The combined backplane includes a body and a first bracket coupled to the body. The body includes a base plate. The first bracket includes a first bottom plate and a first side plate perpendicularly connected to the first bottom plate. The first bottom plate has an end distant from the first side plate and coupled to an end of the base plate. The base plate and the first bracket are made of different materials. The combined backplane of the present invention is formed by combining a body with a bracket. The body is made of a high-strength material to improve overall strength of the backplane and the bracket is made of a material of high thermal conductivity to improve overall thermal conductivity of the whole backplane.

摘要: The present invention provides a backlight module and a liquid crystal display apparatus. A light guide plate of the backlight module comprises hollow structures. The hollow structures correspond to the light sources and comprise two air layers with an included angle there-between, and the two air layers are a first hollow layer and a second hollow layer. A normal direction is vertical to the light-incident surface, and there is a first oblique angle between the first hollow layer and the normal direction, and there is a second oblique angle between the second hollow layer and the normal direction. The present invention can prevent the problem of uneven brightness distribution.

摘要: The present invention provides a backlight module and a light-bar fixing structure thereof. The light-bar fixing structure of the backlight module is mounted on a sidewall of a rack of the backlight module. The light-bar fixing structure has a plurality of clamping arms that are arranged side by side as a row of teeth and is capable of stably clamping and positioning a light bar of the backlight module. Thus, the light bar can be fixed on the rack without fastening through screws or thermally conductive adhesive tapes, so that mounting and dismounting are both convenient and fast. And dismounting process of the light bar does not need to dismount other components of the backlight module, such that other components of the backlight module can be prevented from being polluted during the dismounting process.

摘要: The present invention discloses a backplane and an LCD device, the backplane is formed by jointing of at least two sub-backplanes, the joint of the sub-backplanes are provided with multiple vertical enhanced ribs perpendicular to the joint section of the joint, and the vertical enhanced ribs are arranged along the joint section. Because the backplane of the present invention is formed by jointing of multiple sub-backplanes, the large stamping equipment or the large die is not needed for the backplane, thus the production cost of the backplane is reduced; in addition, multiple sub-backplanes are jointed in the present invention, therefore, the side of the backplane on which the heat is high can be made of materials with good heat dissipation performance, and for the side on which the heat is lower, the backplane can be made of ordinary materials with sufficient intensity, thereby reducing the cost; further, the present invention also adds multiple vertical enhanced ribs perpendicular to the joint section on the joint of the backplane, thus the intensity of the joint and the vertical intensity of the backplane are increased, thereby increasing the flatness of the backplane, and improving the display quality of the LCD device.

摘要: The present invention provides a lamp fastener of a backlight module, and the lamp fastener has at least one closed clamping space defined by at least one set of a lower clamping space of a lower clamping portion and an upper clamping space of an upper clamping portion for stably clamping and positioning at least one backlight lamp.
