Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for determining a control channel search space. The method includes: determining numbers of at least two physical resource sets; determining, according to the numbers, location offsets of search spaces corresponding to the at least two physical resource sets, wherein the determined location offsets of the search spaces comprises at least two different location offsets of the search spaces; and determining, according to the location offsets of the search spaces corresponding to the at least two physical sets, the search spaces corresponding to the at least two physical resource sets. By grouping and numbering resources, and determining different location offsets for different search spaces, a probability of control channel search space conflict can be reduced. Thereby, resources of control channels can be maximized in a case of multiple users, and communication efficiency can be improved.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of communications, and provide a method and device for transmitting a reference signal. The method for transmitting a reference signal comprises: a base station determining an antenna port of a reference signal corresponding to a broadcast channel; the base station determining a complex valued modulation symbol of the reference signal according to a first parameter of the reference signal, wherein the first parameter of the reference signal is determined by the number of resource blocks occupied by the broadcast channel; and the base station transmitting the determined complex valued modulation symbol of the reference signal to a user terminal on the determined antenna port of the reference signal. The present invention can be used in an LTE wireless communication system.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a control channel resource transmission method including: obtaining, by a user equipment, a configuration parameter in a candidate control channel set according to a preset protocol and/or higher-layer signaling sent by a base station, where the higher-layer signaling is used to notify the configuration parameter; determining an antenna port according to the obtained configuration parameter; receiving, by using the antenna port, a control channel or a control channel element sent by the base station; and determining, by the base station, the antenna port according to the same configuration parameter as that of the user equipment, and sending, by using the antenna port, the control channel or the control channel element to the user equipment. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to control channel resource transmission.

The present invention relates to the field of mobile communications technologies, and in particular, to a control channel resource allocation method and apparatus. The method includes: sending, by user equipment UE, a physical uplink shared channel PUSCH in a current special subframe; determining, by the UE according to an uplink resource used to transmit the PUSCH, a physical hybrid automatic repeat request indicator channel PHICH resource corresponding to the PUSCH, where the uplink resource used to transmit the PUSCH includes the current special subframe; and receiving a PHICH on the determined PHICH resource. By means of the method and the apparatus that are provided in the present invention, a problem that when a special subframe is used to transmit an uplink PUSCH, there is no specific solution to determining a receiving position of a downlink PHICH corresponding to the uplink PUSCH is resolved.

The method includes: receiving, by a UE, downlink control information that is sent by a base station and carries a transmit power control TPC command, determining, by the UE, a power control value corresponding to the power control command field according to the TPC command and a first condition, where the first condition is: information on a time when the UE receives the downlink control information, or information on a position of a physical downlink control channel PDCCH candidate, or information of a non-TPC command in the downlink control information, or a power control value preset in the UE, or indication information that is sent by the base station and indicates the power control value.

A radio resource configuration method and device are disclosed. The radio resource configuration method includes: after a piece of user equipment UE establishes a connection with a base station according to a system bandwidth in a broadcast message, determining, by the base station for the UE, resource configuration used for communication between the UE and the base station, where the resource configuration includes at least one of a resource allocation bandwidth, a channel state information CSI pilot bandwidth, and a CSI measurement bandwidth, where the resource allocation bandwidth is a bandwidth used to generate resource block allocation information in downlink control information; and sending, by the base station to the UE by using dedicated signaling or a common message, the resource configuration determined for the UE and used for communication between the UE and the base station.

The present invention provides a information processing method at a terminal or a base station. The method at the terminal includes: receiving scheduling information of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) carrying system information, the scheduling information of the PDSCH carried in a master information block (MIB) or downlink control information on an enhanced physical downlink control channel (EPDCCH) sent from the base station, wherein the scheduling information of the PDSCH is used for determining at least one kind of transmission information of the PDSCH; determining the transmission information of the PDSCH according to the scheduling information of the PDSCH. In this way, an extra overhead of a control instruction when a PDCCH is used to schedule a SIB in the prior art is reduced.

The method includes: determining a number of a first channel control element according to a frequency domain resource that is configured for a terminal by a base station and supports transmission of a first physical downlink control channel and a position of the first channel control element in an RB to which the first channel control element belongs; determining a search space according to the frequency domain resource and an aggregation level of the first physical downlink control channel; and determining the first channel control element in the search space according to the number of the first channel control element. The embodiments of the present invention implement detection of a first physical downlink control channel such as an E-PDCCH or an R-PDCCH in the search space determined by the embodiments of the present invention.

One example method includes receiving, by a first terminal, first configuration information of a sidelink resource, where the sidelink resource configured by using the first configuration information includes a common resource in resource pools or sidelink bandwidth part BWP resources of N terminals in a terminal group, the terminal group includes the first terminal, and N is a positive integer. The first terminal can then perform sidelink communication with a terminal in the terminal group on the sidelink resource.
