Abstract: This application provides a method for activating a secondary cell, a communications apparatus, and a network device. The method includes: after receiving an activation command for a secondary cell that is sent by a network device, sending a first uplink signal to the network device using a first period from a first time unit; determining a second time unit; and sending a second uplink signal to the network device using a second period or based on scheduling of the network device after the second time unit, where the second period is greater than the first period. According to the method, in a secondary cell activation process, an uplink signal can be sent at a relatively short period thereby resolving a problem that network resource consumption and an activation delay are unbalanced in the secondary cell activation process, and improving data transmission efficiency and user experience.

Abstract: A method comprises: determining an uplink shared resource and a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) that are of user equipment (UE); sending uplink data by using the uplink shared resource, wherein the uplink data comprises an identifier and the DM-RS that are of the UE; calculating an agreed feedback location, wherein the agreed feedback location is obtained according to a resource location of the uplink shared resource and the DM-RS; calculating an offset of the UE, wherein the offset of the UE is obtained according to the identifier of the UE; and receiving acknowledgement information (ACK) at a resource location of a downlink resource, wherein the resource location of the downlink resource is indicated by a combination of the agreed feedback location and the offset. According to the method, so that each UE is clear about whether the uplink data of the UE is successfully sent.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a handover method, a terminal device, and a network device. The method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal device, first identification information, where the first identification information includes identification information of at least one second terminal device; and performing, by the first terminal device, handover of the first terminal device and the at least one second terminal device based on the first identification information, where the handover is handover from a first network device to a second network device. According to the embodiments of this application, impact of signaling on a network side caused by simultaneous handover of a large quantity of terminal devices is reduced, and a service interruption time during handover is reduced, thereby effectively supporting simultaneous handover of a plurality of terminal devices.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a data transmission method and apparatus. The data transmission method includes: performing, by a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) entity, lossless transmission on PDCP protocol data units (PDUs) or PDCP service data units (SDUs), where each of the PDCP PDUs or the SDUs is associated with one serial number. In this embodiment, during lossless transmission, no data packet is lost, thereby ensuring communication quality in an inter-station carrier aggregation scenario and achieving an optimization objective.

Abstract: A resource allocation method, a terminal and an apparatus are provided. A terminal receives an uplink scheduling grant indicating an uplink resource corresponding to a first radio interface technology from an access network device; selects a logical channel set from logical channels of a terminal, where the logical channel set is a set of logical channels on which to-be-sent data exists and that correspond to the first radio interface technology, and the first radio interface technology is one of at least one radio interface technology, or a radio interface technology specified by the access network device in the at least one radio interface technology; and maps, based on a priority and a prioritized bit rate that are of each logical channel in the logical channel set and corresponding to the first radio interface technology, to-be-sent data corresponding to the logical channel set onto the uplink resource.

Abstract: The method may include: after receiving, through a first interface or a second interface, resource allocation information of a neighboring cell of a serving cell in which UE is located, a network device may allocate a resource to the UE based on the resource allocation information of the neighboring cell, so as to prevent the UE from using a same resource as UE located in the neighboring cell, and reduce interference to the neighboring cell; or allocate, to the UE, a resource with relatively small interference to the UE, so as to reduce interference of the neighboring cell to the UE. The first interface is an interface that performs communication by using a UE-to-UE communications technology. The second interface is an interface that performs communication by using a UE-to-network device communications technology.
