Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a detecting method, a transmitting method and an apparatus for a common control channel. The detecting method includes: determining a candidate resource set within virtual downlink resources of a current cell. The candidate resource set can include at least one candidate resource carrying a common control channel of the current cell.
