    摘要: A color TV imaging apparatus has a color TV imaging device which generates a multiplex color TV video signal by means of a photoelectric transducer section equipped with a color separation stripe filter. A first bias light supply device is located in a front portion of the imaging device where the transducer section is formed, in order to apply first bias light which improves color reproducibility in dark scenes. Disposed in a rear portion of the imaging device is a second bias light supply device which applies second bias light to the transducer section which reduces afterimages. The quantity of the second bias light is predetermined to be larger than that of the first bias light.

    摘要: An image pickup device comprises an image pickup tube having a target scanned by an electron beam and a pair of electrodes which form a collimation, a voltage applying circuit for respectively applying predetermined voltages for forming the collimation to the collimation forming electrodes of the image pickup tube, and a correction voltage applying circuit for applying a correction voltage which varies the voltage ratio of the collimation forming electrodes to one of the collimation forming electrodes, upon scanning of the peripheral parts of an effective scanning surface of the target by the electron beam. The collimation is formed responsive to a voltage ratio of the voltages applied to each of the collimation forming electrodes and changed in response to the correction voltage.

    摘要: A color television signal generating apparatus comprises a color-resolving striped filter, in a camera tube, for separating the output signal of the camera tube into required signals. Detecting means detects the envelopes of specific positive wave and negative wave signals thus separated. The output of the camera tube is a superimposed signal of a direct wave signal containing signals of three primary colors, of additional mixed colors, and a high-band component signal comprising a group of modulated color signals. This camera output signal results from the amplitude modulation of a carrier wave responsive to filter stripes in the color-resolving striped filter. The carrier wave components have a high harmonic relation relative to two primary color signals. The separating means comprises first separating means for separating the direct signal from the above mentioned superimposed signal and second separating means for separating the high-band component signal. The envelope detecting means comprises a first detector for producing a demodulated output signal in accordance with an envelope resulting from a successive connection of peak values of the positive wave of the thus separated high-band component signal. A second envelope detection means produces a demodulated output signal in accordance with an envelope resulting from a successive connection of peak values of the negative wave of the thus separated high-band component signal.

    摘要: A color filter has a plurality of succesively arranged recurrent groups of different color stripes. An image pickup tube has a photoelectrical conversion target exposed to light passing through the color filter and an index signal generation pattern. The image pickup tube outputs a signal containing a color signal component determined by a carrier which is modulated with the individual color stripes of each recurrent group of the color filter. The output signal from the image pickup tube also contains an index signal component which depends on the index pattern. A first memory holds at least part of the index signal component. The index signal component held by the memory is periodically updated. A second memory holds a portion of the output signal from the image pickup tube which was obtained under conditions where a predetermined color light illuminates the photoelectrical conversion target via the color filter. A reference signal is generated in accordance with the index signal component read from the first memory and with the signal portion read from the second memory. A color signal is detected from the output signal of the image pickup tube by use of the reference signal.

    摘要: A color filter has recurrent groups of different color stripes. An image pickup tube has a photoelectrical conversion target exposed to light passing through the color filter and an index signal generation pattern. The image pickup tube outputs a signal containing a color signal component and an index signal component which depends on the index pattern. The index signal component has a phase representing a present start position of each scanning line. A memory holds a portion of the output signal from the image pickup tube corresponding to an initial frame period which occurs under conditions where a predetermined color light is applied to the photoelectrical conversion target via the color filter. A reference signal reflects a signal read out from the memory. A color component is detected from the output signal of the image pickup tube by use of the reference signal. The reference signal contains an index signal component which has a phase representing a start position of each scanning line during the initial frame period. A closed-loop phase control system allows the present start position of each scanning line to remain essentially equal to the start position of the corresponding scanning line during the initial frame period. A phase or level shifter is interposed in a loop of the closed-loop phase control system.

    摘要: In a single-tube color imaging apparatus, the pickup tube includes a photoelectrical conversion target and a filter having recurrent groups of different color stripes through which an optical image is passed to the target. The target is scanned by an electron beam to produce a video signal having a frequency inversely proportional to the intervals at which the recurrent groups are arranged. The video signal varies in phase with the relative values of primary color components contained in the image passing through the stripes of each group and in amplitude with the intensity of the primary color components. Prior to normal operation, the target is uniformly illuminated with light of a predetermined color to generate a reference video signal, which is stored in a field memory. During normal operation, the reference signal is repeatedly read out of the memory and compared by frequency and phase comparators with the video signal from the target. Frequency and phase control circuitry responds to the outputs of the comparators by controlling the frequency and phase relationships between the two signals so that they match in frequency and phase before being applied to synchronous detectors.

The quantity of bias light is adjusted by controlling bias light sources of the bias light supply device, while a color temperature of bias light is selected by means of color temperature conversion filters positioned in light outlet portions of a flat light conducting element which is included in the bias light supply device.
