Abstract:
This invention realizes correct adjustment of lip-syncing of video and audio on a decoder side. According to this invention, a plurality of encoded video frames given video time stamps VTS and a plurality of encoded audio frames given audio time stamps ATS are received and decoded from an encoder side, and the resultant plurality of video frames VF1 and plurality of audio frames AF1 are stored, a time difference which occurs due to a difference between the clock frequency of the reference clock of the encoder side and the clock frequency of the system time clock stc of the decoder side is calculated by a renderer 37, 67, and video frame output timing for sequentially outputting the plurality of video frames VF1 frame by frame is adjusted based on audio frame output timing for sequentially outputting the plurality of audio frames AF1 frame by frame, according to the time difference, resulting in realizing the lip-syncing with keeping sound continuousness.
Abstract:
The invention is directed to provide a forming method and a forming apparatus that are, without extending a processing time compared with the conventional practice, capable of sufficiently lubricating a formed object and forming at safety without the lubricant igniting under pressure. In an extruding apparatus, a workpiece is successively transferred to a series of press stages, a conveying unit successively transferring the workpiece is provided with a nozzle for spraying the workpiece with lubricant, and the workpiece and the nozzle are located in fixed relative positions to each other in spraying the workpiece with the lubricant.
Abstract:
The present invention realizes a video coding apparatus that is simple in configuration and can avoid video display quality deterioration due to an overrun of video coding processing. The video coding apparatus is provided with a coding means for bringing video into coding processing on a frame basis with a first coding processing method; a processing time detecting means for detecting coding actual processing time required for coding processing on the frame; a delay calculating means for calculating processing delay time of coding processing on the frame based on coding predicted processing time given to the coding processing and the coding actual processing time; a coding load controlling means for, in a case where the processing delay time on the frame is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value, causing a subsequent frame to undergo coding processing with a second coding processing method bearing coding processing load lower than in said first coding processing method, and thereby processing time of frames after occurrence of an overrun is shortened for recovery from the overrun so that a frame skip due to occurrence of an overrun is prevented to enable avoidance of video quality deterioration.
Abstract:
A signal from a tuner 22a is outputted to a primary display 2. An analog signal from a tuner 22b is digitally compressed, subjected to an encrypting process, transmitted to a secondary display 3 by a wireless LAN, and displayed by an LCD 46 of the secondary display 3. An output of a digital tuner 23 is displayed by the primary display 2. A video signal of 480I is transmitted to the secondary display 3. A signal inputted through the Internet is decoded and sent to the primary display 2. The signal is sent to the secondary display 3 as it is in the compressed state without being decoded and the decoding process is executed in the secondary display 3.
Abstract:
An airflow meter has a member that defines a bypass passage. The bypass passage has a sensing passage in which a sensor tip is disposed. The sensing passage is restricted in at least a lateral direction that is a direction perpendicular to both a longitudinal direction of the sensing passage and a perpendicular direction perpendicular to the surface of the sensor tip. This arrangement defines relatively wider distance in the perpendicular direction on the sensor tip.
Abstract:
A video data communication system and method are disclosed which provides for the secure transmission of video data among devices connected to a video data bus. The video data is transmitted with address information corresponding to a particular device or, alternatively, video data is encrypted and transmitted on the data bus without address information.
Abstract:
A technique for selectively inhibiting a video recorder from recording and/or reproducing those television programs, which are not authorized for viewing. Authorization data associated with respective television programs that are receivable by the recorder and indication of whether that program is authorized for recording and/or reproduction, is received by the recorder prior to (or multiplexed with) the television program and is stored thereat. When the television program is received, the stored authorization data associated with that is read to determine if the received television program is authorized for recording and/or reproduction. If not, the recorder is inhibited from recording and/or reproducing that unauthorized television program.
