    摘要: To provide a rat model with the onset of prostate cancer in which the prostate cancer including an invasive cancer can be developed and can be bred for generations stably. A rat model with the onset of prostate cancer which can develop prostate cancer including invasive cancer and can be bred for generations stably is established by: ligating an SV40 large T antigen gene onto the downstream of rat probasin gene promoter; the resulting PBSVT transgene is introduced into a fertilized egg of a Sprague-Dawley rat; after the introduction, the fertilized egg is transplanted into a recipient rat; a transgenic rat obtained from the recipient rat is then mated with a wild-type Sprague-Dawley rat; the transgenic offspring rats thus obtained are similarly can be bred for generations thereafter; and transgenic rats developing prostate cancer are selected through histopathological observation of the prostate.

    摘要: Overload protecting operation is performed by controlling the current peak value of a switching device 1 through the use of a comparator 8, a NAND circuit 5, and so on according to variations in feedback current being input to a feedback signal control circuit 11, internally setting the overcurrent protection of switching device 1 through the use of a clamp circuit 12, charging a capacitor 34 when having fallen below a specified current smaller than current required for the overcurrent protection for a fixed time period, and detecting rise in voltage VOL at the capacitor 34 to a constant voltage to stop switching operation. By achieving the overload protection under normal load and the overcurrent protection against peak load in a single switching power supply unit, problems such as the complexity of the unit and an increase in the element count of the control circuit are solved.

    摘要: In a semiconductor switch, a voltage detection circuit is provided so as to be in parallel with a first switching element for turning on/off a power supply to a load, in which a voltage detection portion for detecting a drain voltage of the first switching element by dividing a voltage upon a resistance ratio or the like and a second switching element are connected in series to each other. The second switching element is turned on/off in accordance with ON/OFF of the first switching element. Accordingly, detection of a drain voltage is performed normally when the first switching element is in an ON state. When the first switching element is in an OFF state, a leakage current can be reduced by the second switching element.

In this case, a hysteresis torque is generated based on the friction force between the pressure plate and the first friction material. Since a torque limiter mechanism also acts as a hysteresis mechanism in this way, a torque limiter mechanism is realized that can generate the hysteresis torque with a simple structure.
