    摘要： A wrap around carrier for carrying bottle with a petaloid base having heel assemblies that have hinge doors with a vertical cut line in the bottom of each hinge with a horizontal cut line at the top of each cut line that extends inwardly towards the heel aperture formed by the door. This carton has a second cut line that is either at the bottom of the vertical cut line in each hinge or near the center of the door. None of these cut lines extend into the heel aperture. This combination of cut lines facilitates the control tearing of the cut line at the top of the vertical cut line into the heel aperture.

    摘要： This invention relates to a carrier, said carrier comprising a top panel section, a first side panel section and an opposing second side panel section, a bottom panel section, and a divider section. The side panel sections are connected to opposing side edges of the top panel section and to opposing side edges of the bottom panel section. The divider panel section is connected to the top panel section and to the bottom panel section. The divider panel section has at least one divider panel that extends between the top panel section and the bottom panel section to form article lanes. The divider section preferably includes a handle reinforcement portion, a first divider panel, and a second divider panel. The handle reinforcement portion is attached to a handle grip portion in the top panel. Top edges of the divider panels are foldably connected to opposing side edges of said handle reinforcement portion. The divider panels have a glue flap attached to the bottom panel section.

    摘要： A package comprised of a sleeve-type carrier containing stacked layers of bottles. The end panels, which include upper tapered portions to accommodate the necks of adjacent bottles, are formed partially of major and minor end panel flaps connected to the side panels. The minor end panel flaps are in the tapered area, as are upwardly extending flaps of the major end panel flaps. Tapered portions in the side panels are also provided for, if desired. Recesses in the minor end panel flaps avoid interference with the upwardly extending flaps of the major end panel flaps. The recesses are also shaped so that the minor end panel flaps do not interfere with a bottle restraining rail during formation of the end panel.

    摘要： A wrap-around carrier for packaging curved articles, such as beverage bottles or cans. Inwardly folded retaining flaps are connected to the side edges of apertures through which the lower portions of the articles protrude. The fold lines of the flaps are arranged to create a bias tending to maintain pressure on the articles to prevent movement within the carrier. In one embodiment the entire flap engages the side of an adjacent article. In another embodiment only upper flap segments engage the article sides, while lower segments are located between the bottom of the adjacent article and the bottom panel of the carrier.

The carrier is comprised of a panel having slots in folded, wedge-shaped inner support sections and in downwardly folded outer support sections for receiving the can chimes. Reinforcing flaps connected to the outer support sections are folded against the underside of the outer support sections so that the unconnected edges of the flaps contact adjacent articles. A reinforcing strip may be employed to overlie the inner support sections of the carrier.

Gusset panels connecting the side and end panels to assist in holding the panels in place and to facilitate folding of the side panel flaps. The outer support tabs at the bottle openings are connected to the support panel of the carrier by fold lines which are coincident with the fold lines connecting the support panel to the side and end panels.
