摘要： A falling-time measuring unit measures time for which a fall of a storage device is consecutively detected by a fall detecting sensor. A head-position detecting unit detects a position of the head on a storage medium at a time of starting measuring the time. A moving-time calculating unit calculates necessary time for moving the head from the detected position to a destination position. A first-threshold determining unit determines whether the measured time exceeds a threshold calculated by a threshold calculating unit. A head-movement processing unit moves the head to the destination position when it is determined that the measured time exceeds the first threshold.

A gain retaining unit retains an integral gain of the proportional integral calculations in an increased state during a predetermined retention time from the start of the position control, and a gain switching unit switches the increased integral gain smoothly to the original integral gain when the retention time has elapsed.

The purchase server: receives (from the information providing server) purchase data including purchase identity information including a description of a product selected by the user for purchase; receives (from the client) redirect data comprising purchase identity information describing the selected product; sends (to the client) a request for the unique user identification; receives (from the client) identification data pertaining to the user; authenticates the received identification data pertaining to the user; and validates purchase identity information in the received redirect data. The purchase identity information in both the purchase data and the redirect data does not include the unique user identification.

When writing data into a specific storage device, an access control unit writes data into the specific storage device by using a specific slot for accessing the specific storage device, from among the slots allocated to the user, and a slot which is D-1 slots before the specific slot. Consequently, a plurality of groups (dependence rings) of mutually dependent slots are formed.
