Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a user equipment, UE, comprising the following. A processing circuitry of the UE determines, based on a Semi-Persistent Scheduling (SPS) configuration, an initial transmission opportunity and at least one repetitive transmission opportunity for an acknowledgement information. The processing circuitry further determines a Uplink Control Information (UCI) transmission opportunity for transmitting UCI. The processing circuitry further determines, if the UCI transmission opportunity is not available, a target transmission opportunity. A transceiver circuitry uses the target transmission opportunity for transmitting the acknowledgment information.

Abstract: An image encoder or decoder includes circuitry and a memory coupled to the circuitry. The circuitry, in operation, predicts a first set of samples for a first partition of a current picture with one or more motion vectors including a first motion vector and predicts a second set of samples for a first portion of the first partition with one or more motion vectors from a second partition different from the first partition. The samples of the first set of samples of the first portion of the first partition and of the second set of samples of the first portion of the first partition are weighted. A motion vector for the first portion of the first partition is stored which is based on one or both of the first motion vector and the second motion vector. The first partition is encoded or decoded using at least the weighted samples of the first portion of the first partition.

Abstract: An acoustic reproduction method is an acoustic reproduction method for causing a user to perceive a first sound as a sound arriving from a first position in a three-dimensional sound field and a second sound as a sound arriving from a second position different from the first position in the three-dimensional sound field. The acoustic reproduction method includes: obtaining a movement speed of a head of the user; and generating an output sound signal for causing the user to perceive sounds that arrive from predetermined positions in the three-dimensional sound field. In the generating, when the movement speed obtained is greater than a first threshold, the output sound signal for causing the user to perceive the first sound and the second sound as a sound arriving from a third position between the first position and the second position is generated.

Abstract: Provided is a method for transmitting a broadcasting content and a line content, the broadcasting content and the line content being synchronously displayed, the method including: generating a line parity packet from a plurality of line data packets in each of which the line content is stored; transmitting the line data packet and the line parity packet through a communication line; and transmitting a plurality of broadcasting data packets in each of which the broadcasting content is stored, from a base station using a broadcasting wave, a transfer clock time of the broadcasting content being delayed by a predetermined time compared with a transfer clock time of the line content. At this point, video quality can be improved when the real-time broadcasting program content and the real-time line content are simultaneously displayed.

In doing so, the circuitry of the encoder subtracts a DPB output delta [id] provided for each of the temporal sublayers from a DPB output delay shared between the temporal sublayers, and given maxid indicating the highest temporal sublayer, calculates the DPB output delta [id] by subtracting a CPB removal delay [maxid] and an offset [id] from a CPB removal delay [id]. Next, the circuitry stores the offset [id] in a bitstream.

Abstract: An integrated circuit includes reception circuitry and demodulation circuitry. The reception circuitry, in operation, controls receiving one or more repetitions of control information in a search space region. The search space region includes a first plurality of sub-regions of different lengths for a largest repetition number of the control information. The search space region includes a second plurality of sub-regions of different lengths for a second-largest repetition number of the control information. An interval of subframes to which the first plurality of sub-regions are mapped is greater than an interval of subframes to which the second plurality of sub-regions are mapped. The demodulation circuitry, in operation, controls performing a demodulation process of the one or more repetitions of the control information.

Abstract: A DCI receiving unit receives downlink control information (DCI) indicative of allocation of an uplink (UL) signal of a first TTI (long TTI) or an uplink signal of a second TTI (sTTI) having a shorter TTI length than the first TTI; a transmission power determination unit determines transmission power of the uplink signal of the first TTI and transmission power of the uplink signal of the second TTI; and a transmitting unit transmits the uplink signal of the first TTI and the uplink signal of the second TTI by using the determined transmission power on the basis of the downlink control information. The transmission power determination unit reserves desired transmission power for the uplink signal of the second TTI in the first TTI in a case where decoding of the downlink control information indicative of allocation of the uplink signal of the second TTI to be transmitted within the first TTI (e.g., a subframe) is completed before start of transmission of the uplink signal of the first TTI.
