For example, a mobile device may comprise a transceiver, which, in operation, receives and/or transmits a signal, as well as a circuitry. The circuitry monitors a signal in a first set of resources. When the monitored signal includes identification of the mobile device and an indicator having a first value, controls the transceiver: to receive or transmit signal on a second set of resources and to, after a time period indicated in the monitored control signal, not receive or transmit signal on a second set of resources and monitor the control signal in the first set of resources.

摘要: An encoder includes circuitry and memory. In both of a first type of residual coding where an orthogonal transform is applied to a current block and a second type of residual coding where the orthogonal transform is skipped, wherein when a number of CABAC processes is within an allowable range, the circuitry encodes coefficient information flags by CABAC, each of the coefficient information flags relating to a coefficient included in the current block; and otherwise, the circuitry skips the encoding of the coefficient information flags; and the circuitry encodes a remainder value of the coefficient with Golomb-Rice code when the coefficient information flags are encoded; and the circuitry encodes a value of the coefficient with the Golomb-Rice code when the plurality of coefficient information flags are not encoded, wherein the coefficient information flags are partially different between the first type of residual coding and the second type of residual coding.

摘要: A user equipment (UE) that comprises processing circuitry which operates a function that involves monitoring of a downlink control channel of an unlicensed radio cell for information intended to the UE. The unlicensed radio cell operates in an unlicensed spectrum and is controlled by a base station. The processing circuitry and a receiver perform the monitoring of the downlink control channel based on a first timer and a second timing trigger. The first timer is used to limit the maximum time the downlink control channel is to be monitored, by starting the first timer at the beginning of the monitoring and stopping the monitoring upon expiry of the first timer. The second timing trigger is used to stop the monitoring earlier than the first timer depending on the channel occupation status of the unlicensed spectrum by the base station.

摘要: A user equipment (UE) includes a transceiver and circuitry. The circuitry detects, while in a procedure for transmitting first data in an inactive state, that second data are to be transmitted in a connected state, and determines whether or not there is a transmission opportunity to wait for. When it is determined that there is no transmission opportunity to wait for or the transmission opportunity to wait for is no longer expected to occur, the circuitry initiates a random access channel (RACH) procedure for entering a connected state. When, on the other hand, it is determined that there is the transmission opportunity to wait for and the transmission opportunity occurs, the circuitry controls the transceiver to transmit, using the transmission opportunity, a traffic indication indicating the detection of the second data.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a resource allocation procedure, performed between a user equipment and radio base station. The UE is configured with at least one numerology scheme, each associated with parameters partitioning time-frequency radio resources into resource scheduling units differently. The UE is configured with logical channels each of which is associated with at least one numerology scheme. A receiver of the UE receives from the radio base station an uplink scheduling assignment, which indicates uplink radio resources usable by the UE. A processor of the UE determines for which numerology scheme the received uplink scheduling assignment is intended based on the received uplink scheduling assignment. The processor performs a logical channel prioritization procedure by allocating the assigned uplink radio resources to the configured logical channels and by prioritizing those logical channels that are associated with the numerology scheme for which the uplink scheduling assignment is intended.

摘要: A terminal includes a receiver, which, in operation, receives time unit information related to an amount of an uplink time resource per a time unit, and receives a number of repetitions over a plurality of the time units, wherein the time unit includes a downlink time resource for a downlink signal and the uplink time resource for a response signal. The amount of the uplink time resource is expressed as a fixed number of consecutive symbols that remains the same number over the plurality of the time units over which the response signal is repeatedly transmitted. The terminal includes a transmitter, which, in operation, repeatedly transmits the response signal over the plurality of the time units.
