摘要: A support structure for an implement lift cylinder on an earth-working machine. The support structure includes first and second implement lift cylinder supports. The first implement lift cylinder support mounts to the work machine and the second implement lift cylinder support rotatably connects thereto about a first axis of rotation. The second implement lift cylinder support receives the implement lift cylinder and allows rotational movement thereof about a second axis of rotation. The first and second axes are located within a single plane. The dual axes provide stability and adjustability of the implement lift cylinder for different angle configurations of a work implement, such as an earth-working blade.

摘要: A plow blade having a fluid passageway and points of fluid ejection is produced with basic manufacturing processes allowing for efficient production. The blade construction has a multiple component assembly for providing the ability to rebuild a blade and replacing a portion of the blade that may be worn. In another aspect of the invention a process of ejecting a specific fluid at specific points along a plow blade the desirable characteristics are maximized, while the volume of ejected fluid is minimized. This method is adaptable in static plowing and vibratory plowing utilities since lubricating the sides of the blade/chute that come into contact with the ground with fluid has been found to greatly reduce the amount of drag (friction).

摘要: An ATV loader system for allowing an ATV operator to manipulate particulate material and objects. The ATV loader system includes a base attachable to a vehicle frame, a first support member and a second support member extending upwardly and forwardly from the base, a loader frame pivotally attached to the support members, and an attachment device such as a bucket attached to the distal portion of the loader frame. A plurality of actuators are connected between the support members and the loader frame for adjusting the pivotal position of the loader frame. The actuators are preferably fluidly connected to a valve assembly which receives pressurized hydraulic fluid from an electric pump that is powered from the ATV's power source.

摘要: A push arm control assembly (30, 30a) for use with bulldozer (10) having blade (12) removably mounted to a pair of laterally displaceable push arms (14) on opposite sides of the bulldozer.The push arm control assembly includes at least one elongated, relatively lightweight, control member (32, 56, 59) having a length dimension substantially spanning the distance between push arms (14) and having a strength sufficient to enable lifting of push arms (14) as a unit. A pair of arm coupling assemblies (33) are provided on control member (30, 30a) and are adapted for coupling to each of push arms (14) for manipulation of the push arms (14) as a unit. In the preferred form, the control arm assembly (30, 30a) positions the push arms (14) a distance less than the lateral distance between push arms (14) when push arms (14) are coupled to blade (12). Thus, upon removal of blade (12) from push arms (14) and displacement of push arms (14) inwardly toward each other, control member (30, 30a) can be coupled to push arms (14) by arm coupling assemblies (33) for lifting and controlled positioning of push arms (14) for transport of the bulldozer.A method of enabling transport of bulldozer (10) also is disclosed.

摘要: A wedging device locatable between two components and consisting of a plurality of parts connected together such that the device remains as a single cohesive assembly during all phases of operation. The wedging device comprises a spool having two inclined surfaces and a pair of wedges arranged such that each wedge is able to be moved up one of the inclined surfaces, respectively. The device also comprises a rotatable threaded member which extends through an aperture formed in the spool and is received by the wedges. Rotation of the threaded member when the device is located between the two components causes the wedges to move toward each other up the respective inclined surfaces of the spool and be pressed against one of the components to thereby force the spool against the other said component.

摘要: This invention is directed to a lightweight adjustable track earth moving device. More particularly this invention is directed to an improved efficient light-weight adjustable track earth moving device which can be attached at the front end of an endless track vehicle and used for efficiently moving earth from one location to another, for example, into a ditch or excavation. Apparatus for moving earth comprising: (a) a vehicle; (b) earth contacting member mounted on the vehicle for moving earth in one direction; (c) a reversible horizontally travelling endless track earth moving member mounted in association with the earth contacting member for moving earth lateral to the one direction; (d) a first and second independent direct drive member driving the endless track earth moving member; and (e) alignment adjusting member located inside the endless track earth moving member and controllable from outside the endless track earth moving member for adjusting the alignment of the first independent direct drive member to conform with the alignment of the second independent direct drive member.

摘要: An attachment is disclosed for mounting to the front end of a road construction vehicle having a four bar linkage and an hydraulic actuator. A scarifier attachment includes first and second moldboards arranged in a chevron shape, when viewed from above, with the bottom of the V being in the center and forward most position so that the moldboards are inclined outwardly and rearwardly relative to the centerline of the vehicle. At the bottom of each of the moldboards is a scarifier plate which is removably mounted to its associated moldboard. Reinforcing structure is added to the moldboards for strength. In one embodiment, the reinforcing structure forms a receptacle for receiving a conventional scarifier mount, and in a second embodiment, the attachment is mounted to upper and lower horizontal bars forming an integral part of the hydraulically-actuated linkage.

摘要: A blade assembly of a motor grader includes a drawbar frame adapted for mounting to the motor grader and a circle frame adapted for mounting a blade thereto. A number of shoe assemblies are mounted to the drawbar frame in a circular array and support the circle frame and blade for rotational movement against the drawbar frame. The circle frame includes a circular frame portion and a number of ring gear segments mounted to the circular portion in a circular array. Each of the ring gear segments includes gear teeth adapted for engaging drive means of the drawbar frame. The circular portion and the ring gear segments define an assembly slidingly received between the shoe assemblies and the drawbar frame. The circular portion is slidingly received against the shoe assemblies, and the ring gear segments are slidingly received against the drawbar frame. Bearing members are disposed between the circular portion and the shoe assemblies and between the ring gear segments and the drawbar frame.

摘要: The bulldozer blade control mechanism according to the present invention has a U-shaped frame (22) fixed to the lower intermediate portion of the rear surface of a blade (20) so that the frame (22) can be turned in all directions, left and right lifting and angling hydraulic cylinders (62, 64) respectively fixed pivotably to between the left and right portions of the rear surface of the blade and the left and right portions of a chassis via arms (36, 38), left and right pitching and tilting hydraulic cylinders (40, 42) respectively fixed pivotably to between those portions of the arms (36, 38) which are in the vicinity of the rear ends thereof and the left and right upper portions of the rear surface of the blade, and left and right levers (56, 58) respectively fixed pivotably to between the left and right parallel leg portions of the U-shaped frame (22) and either of left and right hydraulic cylinders (62, 64) and left and right arms (36, 38). The above-described arrangement enables the blade to make a total of eight movements, i.e. upward and downward movements, left and right angling movements, left and right tilting movements and forward and backward turning movements through the operations of the four hydraulic cylinders.
