摘要： A connector is provided for attachment of a syringe to a dispenser adapted to provide measured quantities of pressured gas to the syringe to displace the contents of the syringe in measured drops. The connector includes a flexible conduit attached at one end to the dispenser and attached at its opposite end to the filling end of a syringe while gripping the oppositely disposed projections, or "ears", of the syringe. There is an externally threaded tube at the syringe end of the flexible conduit, terminated by a stopper member which has a cylindrical end portion sized to fit loosely within the filling end of the syringe, which end portion is joined to a sealing flange. The sealing flange abuts the flat surface at the filling end of the syringe while the syringe "ears" are retained within oppositely disposed channels after a knurled ring on the externally threaded tubular member is rotated.

摘要： Apparatus for feeding flock fibers comprising an upwardly open flock-receiving hopper. The hopper has a bottom discharge passage under which is mounted metering apparatus providing a plurality of discharge openings of controllably variable size. An upper impeller having a plurality of downwardly angled blades is rotatably driven within the hopper passage to urge the flock fibers to fall downwardly through the discharge openings into a cylindrical pump chamber. A lower impeller is rotatably driven within the pump chamber to sweep falling flock fibers into a pump throat in communication with a venturi flow tube through which a supply of air is passed. The air flowing through the venturi flow tube creates suction to draw the fibers within the throat into the venturi flow tube for entrainment with the air stream.

摘要： A unit for dispensing water from a bottle. The parts of the unit include an air pump for pressurizing the bottle, a microswitch having a control button connected in circuit with the pump, a small pressure chamber with a distensible diaphragm for a top, a branched air line connecting the pump with the bottle and the pressure chamber, and a cabinet with rollers that can be rolled to a position of use around the upright bottle. Additionally, the unit includes a water line positioned to extend upwardly away from the bottle. A rubber cap encloses the bottle opening and the water line and a branch of the air line are in communication with the interior of the bottle by means of metal tubes passing through the cap. Fastened to the lower end of the metal tube for the water line is a section of flexible tubing long enough to reach to the bottom of the bottle. The microswitch is normally closed and the pressure chamber is positioned with its diaphragm close to the control button of the switch. When the air pressure in the bottle exceeds a certain limit, the diaphragm bulges outwardly into contact with the button and opens the microswitch. When water is drawn from the bottle through the water line, the air pessure drops, and the diaphragm shrinks away from the control button. This causes the microswitch to close and start the air pump operating to again build up air pressure in the bottle.

摘要： The quantitative supply apparatus of powder coloring agent can measure the powder coloring agent through a measuring groove provided on a rotary shaft and supply it directly to the raw material inlet opening of an injection moulding machine. The measuring groove on the rotary shaft can be adjustably changed properly in volume along a length direction. A container for the coloring agent is disposed on the top portion thereof and a hole in the bottom portion of the container is in contact, in a location covering the measuring groove, with the top portion of the rotary shaft. The coloring agent which has dropped from the measuring groove through the rotation of the rotary shaft is adapted to be introduced to the inlet opening of an ejector, and furthermore to the be supplied out of an exhaust side of the ejector to the inlet opening of the injection moulding machine through compressed air.

The unit contains conventional aerosol cans or containers for fluids such as soap and/or shampoo and the like. The aerosol cans are positioned to dispense into cavities, there being channels controlled by valves, providing communication between these channels, and a tube or pipe leading to the shower head for mixing the fluid controllably with the shower water. 摘要： A powder dispensing device which includes an indexing motor for incrementally rotating a flexible rotor wheel fitted with a plurality of spaced apart, open ended metering chambers. The device is designed to allow the metering chamber to fill with powder while rotating within a powder reservoir and to selectively register with a peripherally sealable tubular outlet through which the powder collected therein can be pneumatically ejected. The indexing motor includes a sectored drive gear loosely held about an elongated shaft fixed at its lower end to a pin wheel having a number of spaced apart bored openings. The bored openings hold a plurality of vertically slidable pins which selectively engage the sectored drive gear. A pneumatic piston cooperatively connected to a tooth-rack gear is provided for moving the sectored drive gear incrementally.

摘要： An improved seed metering apparatus for use in a seed planter of the type having a seed storage hopper and a drop chute for depositing seeds into an underlying furrow comprises a rotatably driven seed metering disc having a plurality of seed receiving pockets about its periphery. As the planter is pulled forward the metering disc rotates and each pocket is caused to pass through a pressurized chamber wherein a predetermined number of seeds are picked up, and then to pass through a compartment of reduced pressure wherein the seeds are released into the drop chute. A pressure-sealed wear-resistant engagement is obtained between the seed metering disc and the chamber walls by means of replaceable wear plates mounted on the wall edges and a coil spring carried on the disc mounting shaft which causes the metering disc to bear against the wear plates during operation.
