    摘要： In the primary circuit, which includes the coil and distributor points of an internal combustion engine, there is inserted a delayed action fuse in parallel with a manually operable switch. The fuse is of a capacity to blow with delay under the current normally present in the primary circuit. When the switch is open, the vehicle will operate for a delayed period before the fuse blows and disables the engine. With the switch closed, the engine may be operated whether or not the fuse is blown.
