摘要: A seat adjustment apparatus for a vehicle includes: a set bracket having a rear part to which a back frame is rotatably connected; and a cushion frame disposed on an upper side of the set bracket and to be tilted by a link mechanism. In particular, the link mechanism includes: a first link member which is hinge-engaged with a front part of the set bracket, connected to a driving unit and supports a front part of the cushion frame to make the front part of the cushion frame ascend and descend by the driving unit; a second link member hinge-engaged with a rear part of the set bracket and the cushion frame to guide the rear part of the cushion frame; and a third link member hinge-engaged with the set bracket and the cushion frame to determine a tilting position of the cushion frame when the cushion frame ascends.

摘要: A clutch unit used for a vehicle seat includes an input side clutch configured such that one member of an input side inner ring member and an input side outer ring member rotates with a rotation of an operation lever, and the other member is rotated via an input side transmission member, so that a rotation of the operation lever is transmitted to an output side clutch. A rotation suppressing member configured to apply a rotational resistance force greater than a force for the co-rotating is provided between the other member and a member that does not rotate during a return operation of the operation lever, so as to suppress co-rotation of the other member by the one member during the return operation to the neutral position.

The brake-side clutch part includes an outer ring constrained in rotation, an output shaft to output the rotation, cylindrical rollers to control interruption of the rotational torque reversely input from the output shaft and transmission of the rotational torque input from the lever-side clutch part through engagement and disengagement between the outer ring and the output shaft, a friction ring to apply a rotational resistance to the output shaft, and a variable part to change the rotational resistance applied to the output shaft between the transmission and the interruption of the rotational torque.

摘要: Disclosed is one example of a vehicle seat that can inhibit a large displacement of a cushion frame along a seat-width axis. The vehicle seat includes a cushion frame; a bracket coupled to a vehicle body; a lifter link that couples the cushion frame to the bracket and supports the cushion frame; and a first restrictor included in the bracket. The bracket is configured to couple the cushion frame to the vehicle body. The lifter link is pivotable along a front-rear axis of the seat with an upper end of the lifter link being pivotably coupled to the cushion frame and a lower end of the lifter link being pivotably coupled to the bracket. The first restrictor restricts a displacement of the lifter link along the seat-width axis in response to an abutment of the first restrictor against a first abutting portion included in the lifter link.
