摘要: A coin distribution mechanism for distributing coins into their denominations during conveyance is provided, which makes it possible to distribute two desired denominations of coins using a single gate member. A first gate member movable around a first axis is provided below a coin conveyance path. The first gate member is moved by a first position switching device among a default position where a gate is closed, a first switched position that allows a coin to drop through the gate to move in a first direction, or a second switched position that allows a coin to drop through the gate to move in a second direction. When a coin has a first (or second) denomination, the first gate member is moved to the first (or second) switched position. When a coin does not have the first and second denominations, the first gate member is located at the default position.

摘要: The invention relates to a testing device 10, that can be a component of a feeding device to feed coin blanks 11 to a coining press or a minting station 12. The testing device 10 has a contactless measuring first sensor device 30 and/or a second sensor device 40. Every sensor device 30, 40 that is present controls an associated removal device 32 or 41. Each sensor device 30, 40 detects a certain property of the coin blank and compares it with a corresponding standard specification. If an unacceptable deviation from the specification is detected, the sensor device 30, 40 in question controls the respective associated removal device 32, 41 to discharge the coin blank from a main conveyor device 13 which transports the coin blanks from a feeding end 14 to an exit end 15.

The coin conveying device includes: a rail portion configured to form a conveyance path to convey a coin; a conveying portion including holders connected endlessly, each holder being configured to hold one coin, the conveying portion being configured to convey the input coin from below to above by displacing the conveying portion in one direction along the rail portion; and a controller configured to, when the input coin is put in the conveying portion, displace the conveying portion in a reverse direction that is opposite to the one direction for a predetermined time, and displace the conveying portion in the one direction after the predetermined time has elapsed.

In one embodiment, a coin bowl structure includes a rotatable disk configured to support a plurality of randomly oriented coins deposited thereon. In operation, rotation of the disk in a first direction can automatically drive a first portion of the coins deposited thereon out of the bowl structure through a first coin passage, and rotation of the disk in a second direction opposite to the first direction can automatically drive a second portion of the coins deposited thereon out of the bowl structure through a second coin passage different than the first coin passage.

摘要: A coin separation device has a conveying device for conveying coins from an inlet container in a conveying direction along a conveying line and a checking device arranged on the conveying line for recognizing a coin that is conveyed along the conveying line. An acceleration device also is provided. The acceleration device is formed to accelerate a coin conveyed along the conveying line and recognized by the checking device in the conveying direction so that the coin is conveyed from the conveying line into a coin collection device. In this way, the coin separation device reliably conveys only coins, and not other objects from the conveying line into a coin collection device.
