    摘要: Coin-operated lock comprising a lock housing (1), a lock cylinder having a cylinder core (50), a bolt piece (3), and a follower (4), which is rotatable about a rotational axis and is coupled to the cylinder core and the bolt piece to allow operation of the bolt piece by means of a key inserted in the cylinder core. In the absence of a coin inserted in the lock housing, a blocking device (6, 7) prevents movement of the bolt piece. A decoupling device is designed to decouple the blocking device. The decoupling device comprises a driver (20) and a coupling member (30). The driver is arranged radially outside the follower (4), rotatably about the rotational axis of the follower, and comprises a decoupling member (21, 22) designed to decouple the blocking device. The coupling member (30) is arranged on the follower so that it is radially displaceable between an inner position and an outer position, and comprises an inner (35) and an outer (34) end. The coupling member is designed to be displaced, upon insertion of a service key (60) in the cylinder core and upon contact between the inner end and a code surface (65) arranged on the service key, from an inner to an outer position, in which outer position the outer end can engage with the driver in order to achieve, upon rotation, decoupling of the blocking device from the bolt piece.

A spring (46) abuts an abutment portion (30c) of the actuator. Since the spring is provided with two mutually parallel leg portions (46d, 46e), which abut radially opposite surfaces of the abutment portion of the actuator, several advantages are obtained. Firstly, the damping spring is easily assembled without any fixation in the core. Furthermore, the balancing ensures that a predetermined force is exerted on the neck portion, which increases the accuracy and thereby the performance.

The placement of a circuit board and electric contact conductor in an electrically non-conductive material makes possible rational manufacture of the arrangement. Because the circuit board cradle made of electrically non-conductive material can be fixated in the key blank it is possible to position the electric contact conductor precisely, thereby ensuring a reliable electric contact function.

Because the recess turns into a bore (10c) having a cross-section that essentially correspond to the cross-section of the actuator and which extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the core and in which the actuator (30) is provided; and that the latching element (20) is provided in a slit (10d) provided between the bore and the barrel surface of the core, the advantage is achieved that forces on the latching element are taken up by the core itself, which improves the security. The provision of the recess at a distance from the end surfaces of the core gives at the same time a flexible solution as regards assembly. A method of assembling the lock device is also described.

With a control key in the lock, the control pin tumbler displaces the actuator element so that it moves the blocking pin with the rotation of said plug. With a user key in said key slot, said pin tumbler is disengaged from the actuator element and the plug is free to rotate. In other positions the control pin tumbler blocks rotation of the plug and actuator element. A simple yet reliable and secure removable core arrangement is provided.
