    摘要: A slim speaker structure having a vibration effect includes a frame, ceramic elements configured on a surface of the frame, and a sound membrane disposed on the bottom of frame, where two or more than two first accepting portion respectively configured on the frame adjacent to the sides thereof, allowing the corners of the first accepting portions are respectively coupled to the main body of the frame with an overhanging section, and a second accepting portion is configured on the center of the frame, thereby allowing different response frequencies of vibration and sound ceramic elements to be mounted on the respective first and second accepting portions so as to constitute a slim speaker structure having a vibration effect, capable of being applied on cellular phones or tablets with a touch screen. Therefore, the vibration prompt and sound broadcasting can be constituted at the same plane through the different ceramic elements.

    摘要: A sound producing structure for headphones comprises an enclosure composed of a box and a perforated cover for sealing the box, the box defining a compartment for accommodating a low-frequency ceramic speaker therein, the low-frequency ceramic speaker being suspended between two opposing interior surfaces of the box respectively via a spring means, two ceramic speakers respectively mounted to a top interior surface and a bottom interior surface of the box respectively via a mounting means, the two ceramic speakers being slantingly mounted and facing toward the perforated cover. The low-frequency ceramic speaker and the two ceramic speakers can work together to deliver sounds of different frequency bands to produce a multi-channel sound effect. In addition, the sound producing structure can be employed to design a thinner headphone for increasing portability.

The resonance element resonates with the audio vibration, and the base member provides a resonant chamber so that the audio quality from the portable appliance is enhanced. The portable appliance is not required of any modification such as opening holes.

    摘要: An ultra-thin loudspeaker structure comprises an upper drum paper, a lower drum paper, and a steel sheet. The lower drum paper defines an opening at a center thereof and is integrally formed with a surrounding raised paper section near a periphery thereof. The upper drum paper defines an opening, corresponding to the opening of the lower drum paper, at a center thereof. The upper drum paper is located within the surrounding raised paper section and adhered to the lower drum paper by its periphery. The steel sheet is provided with a sound-making member stacked by a plurality of ceramic material layer, and is sandwiched between the drum papers. Accordingly, the steel sheet can facilitate spreading sound of high and medium frequency whereas the drum papers can facilitate spreading sound of low frequency, to achieve a better reproduction of sound.

    摘要: The present invention provides a reverse-phase modulating structure of a piezoelectric ceramic speaker, comprising a positioning frame, an acoustic generator and two or more than two flexible units; wherein the acoustic generator comprises a plurality of ceramic layers stacked onto one another to form a ceramic slat, and said flexible units are clamped between an inner edge of the positioning frame and the acoustic generator. Via the pressure exerted onto the acoustic member by the flexible units, the in-phase movement of the acoustic generator can be modulated and the phase conflict of the acoustic generator can be reduced as well as the prevision of the sound quality distortions such that high quality of the ceramic speaker can be enhanced and realized.

    摘要: A piezoelectric ceramic loudspeaker headphone structure includes a positioning frame having an open front end and an open rear that form a circumferential step extending along an inner circumference of the positioning frame. A steel sheet having an area approximately equal to the open front end of the positioning frame is mounted to and closes the open front end of the positioning frame. A vibrating member is received in and positioned by the circumferential step so as to close the rear open end of the positioning frame. The positioning frame with the steel sheet and the vibrating member respectively closing the front and rear ends thereof forms a closed chamber. A sound-making member that is formed by stacking multiple ceramic layers has a surface area less than that of the steel sheet and is attached to an outside surface of the steel sheet to constitute a sound-making module.
