摘要: A rubber composition for a cover layer of a hydraulic hose includes: ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA); and ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM). In an embodiment, the composition includes ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM) and additives. The additives may include carbon black with a content of around 15 phr, silica with a content of around 20 phr, di-octyl adipate with a content of around 18 phr, aluminium hydroxide with a content of around 124 phr, magnesium hydroxide with a content of around 30 phr, and other chemicals with a content of around 20 phr. The other chemicals may include zinc oxide, peroxide curative, antioxidant, coagents and processing aids.

摘要: A pump control assembly for controlling a variable displacement hydraulic pump includes a spool mounted within a valve block. The spool is configured to move between a first and a second position within the valve block so as to selectively control the displacement of the attached pump. The pump control assembly further includes first and second chambers that each apply a force to opposite ends of the spool. The first chamber is positioned at a first end of the spool in fluid communication with a pump output port. The second chamber is positioned at a second end of the spool and in fluid communication with a hydraulic tank port and a proportional pressure reducing valve. The second chamber also includes a piston and first and second springs positioned on either side of the piston. The proportional pressure reducing valve provides a regulated pressure to a first side of the piston along with the first spring, and the hydraulic tank port provides a tank pressure on the opposite side of the piston along with the second spring. The pump control assembly also includes a stop structure having a positive stop that limits movement of the piston in a direction toward the first chamber.

摘要: A variator includes an epicyclic gear set that has at least three nodes. The variator includes a pumping unit connected to a first node of the epicyclic gear set. The variator includes a clutch connected to a second node of the epicyclic gear set. The clutch is selectively movable between three positions. When in the first position, the clutch allows the second node to freewheel. When in the second position, the clutch connects the second node to a fixed surface. When in the third position, the clutch connects the second node to an electric motor. The variator includes a receiver connected to the third node of the epicyclical gear set. The receiver is configured to receive a drive shaft.
