摘要: There is provided a construction machine that is capable of measuring a minute leakage flow rate of a one-sided tilting variable displacement hydraulic pump. The construction machine includes a pressure sensor that detects a pressure of a hydraulic pump, a bleed-off adjusting device that is enabled to adjust a bleed-off flow rate of the hydraulic pump, and an input device that gives an instruction for measurement of a leakage flow rate of the hydraulic pump. The controller is configured to measure, when the controller determines that the operation device is in a non-operated state and when a measuring command is inputted from the input device, a pressure of the hydraulic pump while changing a control command value for the bleed-off adjusting device in a state in which a flow rate of the hydraulic pump is maintained, and calculate the leakage flow rate of the hydraulic pump on the basis of the control command value for the bleed-off adjusting device at the time that the pressure of the hydraulic pump is stabilized at a predetermined pressure.

An operation means is installed which can arbitrarily change working order of the first flow rate control valves for boom and stick for controlling the supply flow rate from first hydraulic pump to boom cylinder and stick cylinder and second flow rate control valves for boom and stick for controlling the supply flow rate from second hydraulic pump to boom cylinder and stick cylinder.

摘要: A hydraulic system includes: an arm hydraulic cylinder; a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump; an arm first direction switching valve; an arm second direction switching valve; and a controller that controls an operation of the arm second direction switching valve when the arm hydraulic cylinder is extended and operated. Further, the arm first direction switching valve incorporates an arm regeneration passage capable of supplying oil when the arm hydraulic cylinder is extended and operated, and the controller monitors a pressure state of the arm hydraulic cylinder, and when determining that oil flow through the arm regeneration passage is possible, the controller blocks oil flow between the arm hydraulic cylinder and the arm second direction switching valve, and otherwise, the controller operates the arm second direction switching valve so that oil can be supplied from the second hydraulic pump to the bottom chamber.

The hydraulic line is configured to extend laterally through the first frame rail by fluidly coupling with a connector that extends through an opening in the first frame rail. A portion of the hydraulic line extends in a longitudinal direction between the first frame rail and the second frame rail from the connector to the hydraulic cylinder.
