摘要: A method of manufacturing a rotary press that assesses a wear state of pressing punches includes structuring the rotor to comprise an upper punch guide for upper pressing punches, a lower punch guide for lower pressing punches, and a die plate defining a plurality of cavities. A filling apparatus is structured to deliver a powder material into the plurality of cavities. A pressure apparatus includes an upper pressure roller that interacts with the upper press punches and a lower pressure roller that interacts with the lower pressing punches. At least one pressing force sensor is structured to measure pressing force progressions during the pressing of the powder material. An evaluation apparatus is structured to perform a state analysis of the measured pressing force progressions and individually assesses the wear state of at least one of the upper pressing punches and the lower pressing punches based on the state analysis.

摘要: The invention relates to a rotary press with a rotor, whereby the rotor comprises one upper and one lower punch guide and a die plate between the upper and lower punch guides, furthermore with upper and lower press punches which interact with the die holes in the die plate, whereby the rotary press comprises several stations, namely at least one filling station in which the material to be pressed is filled into the die holes, at least one dosing station, in which the material filled into the die holes is dosed, at least one pressing station, in which the material that has been dosed and filled into the die holes is pressed through the upper and lower press punches into pellets, and at least one ejector station in which the pressed pellets are ejected, whereby at least one of the stations can be moved from its operating position to a resting position, in which the production process of the rotary press to produce pellets remains possible with the remaining stations in their respective operating positions, and the at least one station in a resting position does not affect the production process. The invention also relates to a method for operating a rotary press.

摘要: A rotary press comprises a press frame and a rotor arranged thereon. The rotor has a die plate, an upper punch receiver receiving upper punches, a lower punch receiver receiving lower punches, an upper cam that guides the upper punches, and a lower cam that guides the lower punches. A rotor drive can drive the rotor rotationally. Within at least one dosing station, material is filled into receivers of the die plate for pressing. An upper pressing station has an upper pressing roller and a lower pressing station has a lower pressing roller. Coupling means couples at least one drive that operates the rotary press to the rotor such that, with movement of the at least one drive, the rotor is raised out of its operating position and into a removal position where the rotor can be removed out of the press frame in a lateral direction.

摘要: A tablet press comprises a gate and a control apparatus configured to generate a switching signal. A drive apparatus is configured to move the gate in response to the switching signal received from the control apparatus between a first switching position and at least a second switching position. At least one sensor is configured to generate a detection signal when the gate reaches one of the switching positions. The control apparatus receives the detection signal and is configured to output a switching signal to the drive apparatus to at least partially move the gate back into a home position when there is a switching signal to move the gate out of the home position and there is no detection signal received from the at least one sensor. The control apparatus subsequently outputs a switching signal to again move the gate out of the home position to a target position.

摘要: A discharge apparatus for discharging pellets from a rotary press comprises an inlet channel configured to receive pellets from an ejection apparatus of the rotary press, a first discharge channel connected to the inlet channel, and a second discharge channel connected to the inlet channel.
