摘要： The present invention relates to isolated standard microflora designated as A2 and S3 for use in producing uncooked stinky tofu which were obtained by screening, isolation and identification from conventional stinky brine. The invention further relates to particular brine mixture compositions suitable for the growth of microflora A2 or S3, for use in producing fermented aromatic (stinky) brine which can be used to produce uncooked stinky tofu.

摘要： A zipper head is composed of a head, a pull tab connected with the head, and an elastic piece. The pull tab is provided with an insertion slot, a hooked portion and a cross beam. The elastic piece of a U-shaped construction has a first arm, a second arm, a curved portion connected with the first arm and the second arm, and an urging portion located between the first arm and the second arm. The elastic piece is joined with the pull tab such that the first arm of the elastic piece is retained in the insertion slot of the pull tab, and that the curved portion of the elastic piece is disposed on the cross beam of the pull tab, and further that the second arm of the elastic piece seals off an open end of the hooked portion of the pull tab, and still further that the urging portion of the elastic piece urges the cross beam of the pull tab.

摘要： An air-cushioned sleeping bag comprises a bottom portion and a cover member partially connected on their corresponding edges and partially fastened by zipper on their rest edges. The bottom portion comprises a plurality of the elongate air compartments parallel extended along the longitudinal direction thereof, a transverse inflatable pillow adjacent one end of the compartments and a shading member extended outward from the outward edge of the pillow. A heating member disposed between a mat cloth and the top of the compartments is preserved for applying in extreme cold weather. The air-cushioned sleeping bag of the present invention is applicable to uneven and hard surface without a tent and prevent a traveller from the dampness and coldness of the ground where he lies.

摘要： A pull tab of the zipper head is composed of a pull piece and an elastic piece. The pull piece has a beam, a hook, and an insertion slot located between a fastening end of the hook and the beam. The hook has an open end. The elastic piece has an inner body, an outer body, a curved portion, and two urging portions. The elastic piece is engaged with the pull piece such that the inner body is located in the insertion slot, and that the open end of the hook is sealed off by the outer body, and further that the curved portion is located across the beam, and still further that the two urging portions urge the beam. The elastic piece is thus securely engaged with the pull piece.
