摘要： A tamper resistant electrical receptacle comprises a housing including a cover having at least one plug outlet formed therethrough, the plug outlet configured to receive both line and neutral blades of an electrical plug. The electrical receptacle further comprises electrical contacts positioned within the housing below the at least one plug outlet, the electrical contacts being configured to be connect to AC power. A shutter disposed within the housing between the cover and the electrical contacts is slidable between a closed position blocking access to the electrical contacts through the plug outlet and an open position allowing access to the electrical contacts through the plug outlet, the shutter being biased toward the closed position. The shutter is configured to slide from the closed position to the open position only upon simultaneous insertion of both the line and neutral blades of the electrical plug in the plug outlet.

During installation, the two access walls can be removed to allow an installer to a lay a conduit that will pass through the passageway through each access wall when the access walls are reinserted. An installer can pass power wires from one small compartment to another through the conduit while complying with code requirements calling for the separation of power and data cables.

摘要： A system for securing an access opening of a cable raceway using a single padlock includes a cover having a securing wall and opposed first and second sidewalls, which form a channel for accommodating at least a portion of the cable raceway with the securing wall covering the access opening. First and second insert bars engage the first and second sidewalls and a lock bar engages the first and second insert bars and may be locked in an engaged position to prevent the first and second insert bars from being disengaged with the cover and to secure the cover about the cable raceway preventing access to the access opening.
