Abstract: A seal assembly for a container includes a locking assembly and a gateway. The locking assembly includes a body and an elongated cable. The elongated cable extends from a proximal end to a distal end. The proximal end is restrained by the body. The distal end is movable from an unlocked position spaced from the body to a locked position restrained by the body. The gateway is configured for selectively interlocking with the locking assembly. The gateway includes a power supply, a radio communication device, a sensor, and a processor electrically coupled therewith. The processor is configured to operate the radio communication device to transmit a first signal upon detection by the sensor of interlocking of the gateway with the locking assembly, and to transmit a second signal upon detection by the sensor that the elongated cable has been cut. Locking assemblies, gateways, devices and methods are also provided.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are lock assemblies that include, in particular embodiments, a cable assembly, a housing, a sensor assembly, and a wireless transceiver. The cable assembly includes a cable having a sensor element disposed along its length, a first shackle pin on its first end, and a second shackle pin on its opposing end. The housing defines a first pinway for receiving the first shackle pin, a second pinway for receiving the second shackle pin, and a locking mechanism for securing the shackle pins to the housing. The sensor assembly is located within the housing and in communication with the cable assembly for sensing a cable type and a cable condition related to the cable assembly. The wireless transceiver is connected to a power source, in communication with the sensor assembly, and operated by a microcontroller within the housing.

Abstract: A securing device which includes a body and a cable is provided. The body includes a housing and a fixing unit. The housing includes a restricting hole, a first end portion and a second end portion disposed on opposite ends, and a first operating face, a display face, and a second operating face disposed between the first end portion and the second end portion. The free end of the cable passes through the display face via the restricting hole. The fixing unit is capable of restricting the cable from moving.
