    摘要: The present application discloses a liquid seal method for on-off of gas pipeline and a device thereof, wherein a liquid-sealed U-shaped container being provided in the gas pipeline that requires to perform on-off control; a lifting mechanism using a leading screw controls the slider having a certain volume to immerse in or leave the liquid so as to raise or lower the liquid level. The U-shaped container has a structure with a wide top and a narrow bottom, the space of the U-shaped container is divided into two spaces with different sizes by a separating plate, and a liftable liquid-occupying device is located at the space having a larger volume; the upper and lower parts of the slider are tapered; and the driving device can be motor or hand wheel.

    摘要: A method for preparing supercritical fluid by deep-sea pressure is provided and belongs to the technical field of supercritical fluid preparation. The method includes the following steps of: placing low-pressure fluid in a closed flexible container, sending the closed flexible container down to a location of a sea at a depth where a seawater pressure meets a requirement by using a powered or unpowered traction device, leaving the flexible container standing still until a volume of the flexible container does not change, wrapping the closed flexible container with a rigid pressure-bearing container, transferring the closed flexible container to the sea surface by the powered or unpowered traction device, and taking out the fluid in the flexible container as supercritical fluid. Then the supercritical fluid is produced. Therefore, the process of preparing supercritical (high pressure) liquid in deep-sea is safer and more stable than the preparation way on land.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a technology field of caking of crystal particles, and in particular relates to a method for predicting a critical caking cycle of crystal particle. The method includes: establishing a CHS crystal bridge growth model database of a crystal particle with a same type of crystal particle to be predicted firstly, selecting existed data in the corresponding CHS crystal bridge growth model database based on an equivalent particle radius, a stored ambient temperature, and an environmental high and low humidity cycle condition of the crystal particle to be predicted, respectively, and calculating the critical caking cycle according to experience calculation equations, wherein a result obtained by calculation is a predicted critical caking cycle of the crystal particle to be predicted. The present disclosure has characteristics of time-saving, convenience, good universality, and high prediction accuracy, which can quickly predict the critical caking cycle of multi-particle crystal particle products under different humidity storage conditions within a week, resulting in greatly reducing time costs and providing guidance for storage of industrial crystal particle products.
