Abstract: The present invention relates to a height adjustable rack apparatus for Jon boats and the like, the apparatus including: a plurality of brackets attached to a boat gunwale, vertical supports extending from the base that are pivotally operable, and a pivotally adjustable rack apparatus supported by the vertical supports.
