摘要： The Dive Caddy is a two wheeled land vehicle with it's primary purpose being to transport scuba diving equipment across tough terrain such as sandy beaches, rocky trails, and other hard to traverse, or reach scuba diving, or free diving locations. It is different than other prior carts in as that it has a breaking system for traveling down hills, And can be fitted with an auxiliary battery powered booster motor to traverse uphill, or help bring itself out of hard to exit situations, and also has a bench seat to stage a completed scuba unit for the diver to sit on while dawning his equipment. Another new feature of the Dive Caddy is that it has the ability to change tires for different types of terrain, be it sandy beaches, rocky hills, or mud, the Dive Caddy can adapt to them all.

The cart is designed so that when the cart is in the water, the cart floats horizontally to support the tank above the water while the user is underwater carrying only the hose for breathing.

摘要： A scuba tank mobility device and a system comprise a cup member that may be fitted directly over the scuba tank or over a scuba tank boot. A roller member is mounted to rotate with respect to the cup member and positioned vertically with respect to bottom of the cup member so that the roller permits standing support of the scuba tank. The tank is tilted from the standing position to place weight on the roller member for transport. The cup member comprises a projection radially outside its diameter to limit rolling of the scuba tank when on its side. In a further form, a handle may be attached to the cup member and extend axially therefrom. The cup member and handle are dimensioned to provide minimal projection from the contour of the scuba tank, whereby potential for a tangling with underwater vegetation and other objects is minimized.

The end inserts into an aperture that typically serves as a rod holder of a watercraft. A frame assembly has a frame having at least one base connector. Further having a strap assembly, a basket, and at least one hook assembly. The housing assembly further has a hinge assembly having a lower connector, an upper connector, and an actuator. The actuator is rotated to unlock the hinge assembly to permit angling the upper connector to a desired angle with respect to the lower connector. The housing assembly defines a cavity and the end has at least one notch.

摘要： A device used in beach-entry scuba dives that both assists the diver to transport scuba tanks and other diving gear to and across the shoreline, and then accompanies the diver and gear underwater. The device holds at least one scuba tank and associated gear such as a buoyancy compensator (BCD), and has a pair of wheels whose rolling position enables the loaded device to be easily transported over natural terrains. Upon reaching or while in the water the wheels may be shifted from the “rolling position” into a streamlined, free-swim position. The means attaching the scuba gear and the scuba tank are easily operated to let the user now don both scuba tank and gear and start their dive, taking the device along for the return cross-shore trip.

The frame has a plurality of slots formed in the frame at its lower end, and the axle assembly is adjustably connected to the frame via the slots such that the axle and wheels can be adjusted between several operational positions to accommodate different types of terrain. The axle and wheel can also be switched to a stowed position in which the wheels are positioned upwardly against the tank so that the caddy can remain on the tank during a dive.

The cart comprises an elongate sheet defining a top end, a bottom end, a generally planar front surface and a generally planar back surface. A base is attached to the bottom end of the sheet and extends at an angle of approximately ninety degrees relative to the front surface. Additionally, a pair of guides are attached to and extend from the back surface of the sheet in spaced relation to each other. An elongate shaft defines a shaft axis, with the shaft being rotatably connected to the guides. A pair of wheels attached to the shaft. Additionally, a support member attaches to and extends from the back surface of the sheet, between the shaft and the top end, with the support member defining a distal end and being sized such that the distal end terminates at approximately the shaft axis.
