    Abstract: A container for a cosmetic product can include a tubular skirt forming a reservoir for receiving the cosmetic product. A head can be located at a first end of the skirt and comprising a dispensing orifice for dispensing the cosmetic product. The skirt can further include a second end opposite the first end and sealed by a complementary part having a rigidity greater than that of the skirt. The complementary part can include an external sleeve and a housing for storing the cosmetic product. The sleeve can include in a lower portion an attachment area for attaching the skirt bonded to the skirt and in a upper portion comprising at least one guiding area for guiding the skirt.

    Abstract: A capsule includes a cap pivotally attached to a base by means of a hinge, and a tamper-evident device. The tamper-evident device includes a radial lug; an orifice for housing the lug, one contour of which is closed by a tongue, a first end of which is connected by a frangible bridge and a second end of which is connected by a flexible bridge, so that when the cap is opened for the first time, a retention face for retaining the lug hooks onto the tongue and causes the breakage of the frangible bridge and the pivoting of the tongue about the flexible bridge. The retention face for retaining the lug extends radially so that the tongue pivots about a radial axis.
