    摘要: A clutch assembly for a roller door operator, the clutch assembly providing selective engagement with a drive wheel, the clutch assembly comprising: a rotatable shaft rotatable relative to the drive wheel; a clutch disc supported in a clutch lever and arranged to rotate with the rotatable shaft, the clutch disc and clutch lever configured to rotate relative to one another around the axis of rotation of the shaft; and a clutch cam supported in a clutch base, the clutch base configured to permit operative rotation of the clutch cam around the axis of rotation of the shaft in a first direction; wherein the clutch lever is operatively associated with the clutch cam so that rotational movement of the clutch lever in a second direction opposite to the first direction actuates movement of the clutch disc and the clutch lever axially along the rotatable shaft to engage or disengage the clutch disc with the drive wheel, and subsequent rotational movement of the clutch lever in the first direction actuates rotational movement of the clutch cam relative to the clutch base in the first direction.

    摘要: A system for a closure lock comprises a battery-powered remote module with a lock mechanism for operating the lock, the remote module communicating with a base station coupled to a closure controller, the base station able to send lock control signals to the remote module to operate the lock. The module is arranged to have an operation mode and a non-operation mode, power consumption in the non-operation mode being lower than that in the operation mode, and is further configured to switch between the modes based on instructions from the base station. In the non-operation mode, the module maintains a communication link with the base station based on a pre-established synchronisation protocol.The invention provides reliability against interference between base station and remote module, whilst greatly limiting the power consumption of the remote module.

    摘要: An operator for a movable barrier includes an output drive to transfer drive to the movable barrier. The output drive comprises a rotating crown wheel with an outer face carrying a plurality of shaped attachment portions, each attachment portion configured to receive an output drive extension element to engage with a drum wheel of the movable barrier. The operator further includes first and second output drive extension elements of a different size and shape, each first and second output drive extension element comprising a base portion and an elongated extension portion. The base portion is sized and shaped to be received by one or more of the outer face shaped attachment portions. Selection of the at least one first or second output drive extension element for attachment to the rotating crown wheel is made in accordance with one or more physical characteristics of the particular drum wheel.

    摘要: The invention concerns an operator assembly for a movable barrier. The operator assembly includes a motor with a motor output shaft, an output drive to transfer drive to the movable barrier, and a transmission assembly to transfer drive from the motor output shaft to the output drive. The output drive is rotatable in a clockwise direction and in a counterclockwise direction, depending on whether the movable barrier is closing or opening. The output drive comprises a crown wheel rotatable about an output drive axis centre of rotation and having an outer face provided with a plurality of attachment points spaced from said centre of rotation. The operator assembly also includes an output drive adaptor apparatus, the output drive adaptor apparatus including: one or more adaptor portions configured to be removably mounted to the crown wheel through engagement with the plurality of attachment points, and an output drive portion that is concentric with the crown wheel and arranged to drive motion of the movable barrier.
