摘要： A mobile broadcast system configured to provide time-based merchandising and access control includes: a distribution module configured to transmit system information to a user device, wherein the system information includes time-based subscription information for one or more service packages, to receive a subscription request indicating a selected service package, to determine if the user device is authorized to receive the selected service package; and to transmit a subscription response to the user device.
