    摘要: An outboard engine unit having a cover halved into two. An undercover is made of a resin and halved into a left resin half and a right resin half. A lower mount cover is made of a resin and halved into a left resin half and a right resin half. The resin halves are formed so that when they are mated together, a gap is defined at a connection therebetween on a rear face side of the outboard engine unit. An elastic rubber member is filled in the gap.

    摘要: A ventilation outlet of a generation unit case installed outdoors and housing a generation unit including a generator and an internal combustion engine to drive the generator. The outlet comprise a maintenance box whose inside surfaces are attached with sound insulators and bored with an inlet hole at its upper portion to be communicated with an inside of the generation unit case and bored with an outlet hole at its lower portion that connects the inlet hole to exterior through a passage formed among the sound insulators. A flow guide plate is installed near the outlet hole to guide rainwater entered from outside to flow upward and a shield is installed at the passage to prevent the rainwater from flowing further upward.

    摘要: An air intake passage system includes an external air intake port provided in a rear portion of a top cover and a cylinder section projecting upwardly from the engine cover for directing taken-in external air to the engine. The top cover is provided over the engine cover with a gap therebetween such that the taken-in external air is allowed to flow into the cylinder section and a water discharge section is provided between the engine cover and the top cover. Water, having entered together with external air, flows along the upper surface of the engine cover, bypasses the cylinder section and is then discharged via the water discharge section.
