    摘要: An armature of a linear motor includes a plurality of first magnetic teeth and a plurality of second magnetic teeth, each of the magnetic teeth being formed by laminating multiple tooth elements made of electromagnetic steel sheets. The first magnetic teeth are arranged side by side in a linear form while the second magnetic teeth are located one each between the successive first magnetic teeth. Each of the second magnetic teeth interconnects the two adjacent first magnetic teeth located on both sides.

    摘要: A stator of a rotating electric machine includes: a plurality of teeth having a same shape are arranged in a radial direction toward a rotary shaft core with base ends thereof being coupled to a core back in a ring shape; a slot formed between the adjacent teeth; a flange portion formed projecting to opposite sides of apical ends of the teeth; a slot inlet formed between the adjacent flange portions; a winding area formed around each teeth; and a wire wound via an insulator having a same shape in each winding area. A first wire is wound around first teeth provided alternately, and a second wire is wound around second teeth put between the first teeth, and the first wire and the second wire are wound in a different shape in a sectional shape of opposing portions.

    摘要: A linear motor comprises a stator including a stator yoke and a plurality of permanent magnets arranged side by side on the stator yoke along a motor running direction in alternately reversed directions to produce alternating polarities, and a moving part including a plurality of magnetic teeth arranged along the motor running direction and coils wound around the individual magnetic teeth. Cutouts formed in end surfaces of yoke portions of the individual magnetic teeth opposite to their side facing the stator line up to form a groove-shaped channel running through the yoke portions of the successive magnetic teeth, and the multiple magnetic teeth are joined together into a single structure by fitting a connecting bar in the groove-shaped channel.

    摘要: In a linear motor according to this invention, the field permanent magnets 2 are arranged at an equal pitch around a field iron core 1 so that the poles are alternately changed. Also, an armature 3a on the needle side is arranged oppositely via a magnetic gap on a magnetic pole face of the field permanent magnets 2. The armature 3a consists of an armature core forming the teeth and a yoke portion by punching an electromagnetic steel plate like the comb teeth, coil being wound around a plurality of teeth 4u, 4v and 4w for this armature core to form the armature windings 5u, 5v and 5w. The teeth 6a without coil winding is disposed between teeth with coil winding 4u and 4v and between teeth with coil winding 4v and 4w. The teeth 4u, 4v and 4w with coil winding and the teeth 6a without coil winding are alternately arranged.
