摘要: A liquid heating cooker including a box-shaped vat having a bottom panel A, rear panel B, left panel C, right panel D, and holding panel E, which are separated by welding lines F to I. The welding lines F and G are provided on a front wall portion, a bottom wall portion, a front wall portion and upper bottom wall portions 12e and 12f of an oil sediment holding portion, and a rear wall portion, whereas the welding lines H and I are provided on the front wall portion and the rear wall portion of the oil sediment holding portion. The welding lines are not provided at the corner portions of the vat and the corner portions are rounded. Consequently, even if the fryer is repeatedly operated and stopped, cracking at the welded portions and/or the corner portions due to expansion and contraction of the panels does not occur easily.

摘要: A mass flow controller has: a flow rate sensor section that measures the flow rate of a fluid and outputs a flow rate measurement signal indicating the measurement value; a flow rate control valve disposed upstream or downstream of the flow rate sensor section; a calculation section that calculates a feedback control value to be supplied to the flow rate control valve by performing at least a proportional calculation on the deviation of the flow rate measurement value indicated by the flow rate measurement signal from a flow rate setting value; and an opening control signal output section that generates an opening control signal based on the feedback control value and outputs the opening control signal to the flow rate control valve. The function used for calculating the gain value in the proportional calculation differs between a changing period and a stable period.

摘要: This invention provides a mass flow controller that can prevent a flow rate change due to a pressure change without sacrificing the speed of response to a change of a flow rate setting value and can be used in a system that can generate a crosstalk.In order to provide the mass flow controller, the mass flow controller has: a control section 5 that calculates an opening control signal to be supplied to a flow rate control valve based on a predetermined calculation formula including at least a flow rate measurement value and a flow rate setting value as parameters and outputs the opening control signal; and a pressure sensor section 4 that measures pressure of a fluid on the upstream side or the downstream side of a flow rate sensor section 2 and outputs a pressure detection signal indicating the pressure value. The control section 5 uses different calculation formulas for a changing period, which is a predetermined period from a point in time when the flow rate setting value changes by a predetermined amount or more, and a stable period, which is the remaining period, and at least in the stable period, the calculation formula further includes the pressure value as a parameter.

摘要: The primary object of the present invention is to provide an inexpensive fryer, and a further object is to improve thermal efficiency and make cleanup easier. A box-shaped oil vat 10 in which cooking oil is filled has a bottom wall portion 11 that is formed sloping downward toward the rear of the fryer. A burner 20 is provided at the bottom wall portion 11, with which a wide heating area can be secured. An exhaust duct 30 for conveying combustion gas from the burner 20 to the outside the fryer is provided around the oil vat 10 for securing the heated area. With this configuration, it is possible to inhibit the radiation of heat from the cooking oil while promoting the heat exchange between the combustion gas and the cooking oil. Moreover, the cooking oil can be adequately heated by simply providing a single burner 20, so manufacturing costs are not increased.

摘要: The invention provides a fryer wherein the tasks of supplying and disposing oil are both simple and safe. An oil supply pipe (41) branches off from an oil pipe (34) between an oil tank (31) and an oil pump (33) of a fryer (1), and an oil supply valve (42) is provided at that connection portion for switching the intake route of the oil pump (33) between the oil tank (31) and the oil supply pipe (41). An oil disposal pipe (44) branches off from the oil pipe (34) between the oil pump (33) and an oil vat (11), and an oil disposal valve (45) is provided at that connection portion for switching the outflow route of the oil pump (33) between the oil vat (11) and the oil disposal pipe (44). Then, the valves are operated with an oil supply valve lever (43) and an oil disposal valve lever (46), and driving the oil pump (33), the tasks of supplying and discarding oil are carried out automatically.

摘要: A deep fat fryer is provided including a frypot of which the welded joints avoid the generation of flaws or cracks. The frypot (10) is a particular form of container made of metal sheets and having a top side opened and a bottom side closed, which comprise a pair of opposed connect sidewalls (11) and (12) arranged parallel to each other and a pair of opposed bending sidewalls (13) and (14) arranged of a bent shape. The bending sidewall comprises an upper sidewall portion (13a) or (14a) at the top side, a lower sidewall portion (13b) or (14b), and a sloping sidewall portion (13c) or (14c) connecting the upper and lower portions to each other, the distance between the two lower sidewall portions (13b) and (14b) being smaller than that between the two upper sidewall portions (13a) and (14a). The frypot is integrally fabricated by welding two halves along the vertical separating line (M) which extends across the connect sidewalls to the bottom side along a center line orthogonal to the horizontal. More particularly, a pair of frypot halves (30) are separately fabricated by pressing, assembled in position, and fixedly joined to each other by welding along the vertical separating line (M).
