摘要： Provided is a personal safety kit and methods for using the kit. The kit comprises, in combination, a purse having an open edge, one or more personal safety items inside of the purse, and a locator comprising a first member and a second member engaged to each other. The first member includes a first end portion, a second end portion and a bent interior region intermediate the first end portion and the second portion. The first end portion and the second end portion are not urged against each other and are configured to allow the bent interior region to hang from the open edge. The second member includes a clasp or a ring for selectively retaining the one or more personal safety items. The locator hangs on the open edge and is retained in position by a removable fastener prior to a first use of the personal safety kit.

摘要： Provided are case assemblies and locators and apparatuses for the protection and ready location of handheld electronic devices and other objects. The apparatus includes a case assembly and a locator. The case assembly includes a case for housing a handheld electronic device, a mounting device for moving the handheld electronic device between different positions with respect to the case, and a connector for engaging the case with the locator. The locator is configured for removably hanging on an edge of a purse, backpack, briefcase or bag. The locator includes a means for selectively engaging the connector of the case assembly and/or other objects.
