    摘要: In an electric rotating machine, a stator coil is comprised of first and second winding groups. The stator coil is wound around a stator core in a concentrated winding manner so that the phase difference in electrical angle between each corresponding pair of windings of the first and second winding groups is equal to π/6. Further, the windings of the first and second winding groups are connected to form Δ-Y connections. Consequently, the sixth harmonic components of the electromagnetic forces created by the windings of the first winding group can be offset by those of the electromagnetic forces created the windings of the second winding group. As a result, the total magnetic noise and torque ripple generated in the machine can be reduced. Moreover, the machine can be driven with only a single three-phase inverter to achieve the effects of reducing the total magnetic noise and torque ripple.

    摘要: An electric rotating machine is disclosed which includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a hollow cylindrical stator core and first and second three-phase stator coils. The stator core has a plurality of stator core teeth formed at a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction of the stator core. Each of the first and second three-phase stator coils is comprised of three phase windings. Each of the phase windings of the first and second three-phase stator coils is wound around each of a predetermined number of the stator core teeth by a predetermined number of turns. The rotor has a plurality of magnetic poles the polarities of which alternate between north and south in the circumferential direction of the stator core. Further, the first and second three-phase stator coils are offset in the circumferential direction of the stator core to have a phase difference of π/6 therebetween.

    摘要: The motor of the motor apparatus includes a rotor including a plurality of magnetic poles and a stator formed with tooth portions radially extending with a pitch equal to 5/6 times or 7/6 times a pole pitch of the rotor. Each tooth portion is formed with a brim portion circumferentially extending from both circumferential sides of the tooth portion. The phase ends of the stator winding are connected respectively to the AC ends. The DC power supply is connected between one of the DC ends and the neutral point of the stator winding. The control section controls the multi-phase inverter such that a multi-phase AC current containing a DC component flows through the stator winding. The circumferential width of the brim portion is smaller than or equal to 0.75 times a cross-sectional size of the electric wires constituting the stator winding.

    摘要: A control apparatus controlling rotary electric machine includes a conversion circuit converting a DC voltage into an AC voltage so as to rotate the rotary electric machine and a control unit. The conversion circuit includes a high-side switch, a low-side switch that connected to stator windings of the rotary electric machine. The control unit controls the conversion circuit such that both high-side/ low-side switches are controlled to be successively ON and OFF at every predetermined periods for converting the DC voltage into AC voltage. The control unit dynamically controls high-side and low-side neutral switches each connected to a neutral point of the stator windings so as to increase or decrease a voltage at the neutral point whereby current flowing through the rotary electric machine is adjusted. As a result, a torque of the rotary electric machine is optimized.

The rotor includes a rotor core that has a plurality of magnetic salient poles formed therein. The magnetic salient poles face the stator teeth through an air gap formed therebetween. Each of the magnetic shields is provided, either on the forward side of a corresponding one of the stator teeth or on the backward side of a corresponding one of the magnetic salient poles with respect to the rotational direction of the rotor, to create a magnetic flux which suppresses generation of a negative electromagnetic force that hinders rotation of the rotor.
