摘要： A thermoelectric (TE) device includes a first leg of TE material (a pseudobinary or pseudoternary alloy) and a second leg comprising a metal wire. The second leg is in thermal and electrical communication with the first leg. The TE device has a ZT value of approximately 2.0 at a temperature of approximately 300K.
