Abstract: A method for transferring polymer within a polymerization system, comprising continuously withdrawing the polymer from the reactor and conveying the polymer from a reactor to a flash chamber via a pressure differential between the reactor and the flash chamber. Abstract: A method of processing a polymerization reactor effluent stream comprising utilizing a separation system that removes greater than 99% of the fine polymer particles in the polymerization reactor effluent, wherein the separation system is a bag filter system, and wherein the bag filter is designed and operated to minimize the time required for shutdowns and equipment cleaning.
