摘要: A rotating coalescer having an ejected coalesced liquid separating device is described. The separating device prevents re-entrainment of liquid into a stream of filtered gas. The rotating coalescer includes a rotating filter element or coalescing cone stack positioned within a rotating coalescer housing. The outer surface of the rotating filter element or the outlet of the coalescing cone stack is displaced from the inner surface of the rotating coalescer housing. The gap between the rotating filter element or the coalescing cone stack and the rotating coalescer housing allows for ejected coalesced liquid, such as oil, to accumulate on the inner surface of the rotating coalescer housing for drainage and allows for filtered gas, such as air, to exit through a clean gas outlet of the rotating coalescer housing.

摘要: A support frame for dust collection system including a drum filter and a filter cleaning system is disclosed where the frame includes a plurality of octagonal supports spaced apart from each other in an axial direction defining an octagon-shaped peripheral profile. A plurality of axial members extend between adjacent octagonal supports, and end covers are secured to the frame members with each cover including a first inlet opening and a second inlet opening. The support frame may be used in a modular dust collection with a plurality of modular segments of filter media segments secured to the frame and a filter cleaner segments corresponding to the filter media segments.

The rotating filter element includes a filter media that is driven by a drive mechanism that rotates the rotating shaft. The filter element is removably attached to the rotating shaft such that the filter element and filtration system can be periodically replaced and/or serviced. In some arrangements, the drive shaft includes a D-shaped section that interacts with a mating section of the filter element sleeve of the rotating filter element. In other arrangements, the drive shaft includes at least one flat drive surface.

摘要: Disclosed is an arrangement of a filtering element for a device for purifying gas from the crankcase of an internal combustion engine, which includes: a filtering element mounted so as to rotate about an axis and having an annular filtering medium; a rotor element capable of being part of a rotating system, making it possible to turn the filtering element by way of notches formed on the outer surface of a sleeve. The flanges of the filtering element are attached to one another in an inner space defined by the medium, typically by snap-fitting, using at least one retaining member and an anchor portion engaging with one another with an anti-rotation effect. The anchoring portion is provided with inner projections forming contact surfaces, preferably angular, which are inserted into the notches of the sleeve when the rotor element is inserted into the inner space.

摘要: An apparatus is provided to extract radioactive solid particles. An extracting nozzle is used to extract radioactive solid particles. Then, a separator is used to separate out the radioactive solid particles into a storing container. The radioactive solid particles are avoided from entering a suction pump. Not only the suction pump is not polluted, but also the secondary waste is not increased. By designing a falling inlet of a suction channel at a position having a specific height, the amount of the radioactive solid particles being extracted is under control. There is a radiation-protection device outside of the storing container to minimize radiation dose. The separator and the storing container can be rapidly detached by remote operation, so that operators are avoided from receiving over-dose radiation. Hence, the present invention improves the level of technology and automation for handling radioactive waste.
