摘要： Apparatus, systems, and methods for spine surgery employ a guide wire temporarily anchored to a contralateral side of an intervertebral disc. The guide wire establishes a reliable pathway for passage and actuation of cannulated instruments or implants through a small working channel leading to an ipsilateral side of the disc. The guide wire may be disconnected and removed from the disc after use.
