    摘要: A water-proof dust-proof and salty-mist proof cooling fan, comprising: a fan frame, which is provided with a fixing round stage inside, and a fixing sleeve is disposed in a center of said fixing round stage; a ring-shaped U slot is provided in a bottom end surface of said round stage, such that a sealing circle is provided in said ring-shaped U slot; a water-proof cover body, fixedly connected to said fan frame through said sealing circle; and a fan-blade hub, where an inverse cone-shaped fixing table is provided protruding from a cavity center of said fan-blade hub, and said fixing table is connected to a main axis. Said round stage is a blind hole, with its open end provided at a bottom portion of said fan frame, such that said round stage, said sealing circle, and said cover body together form a tight-sealing enclosure.

    摘要: A waterproof heat-dissipating fan includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a fan frame, a coil and a circuit board. The coil is fitted on an axle of the fan frame. The circuit board is fixed under the coil. The axle is provided with a partition board. The fan frame includes a waterproof lid to cover the partition board and a sealed room defined between the waterproof lid and the partition board. The circuit board is located in the sealed room. The coil is located out of the sealed room. The coil is electronically connected with the circuit board through a conductive member which penetrates the sealed room. The sealed room is provided to accommodate the circuit board and the circuit board is connected with the coil out of the sealed room through the conductive member, providing a waterproof protection for the circuit board.

    摘要: A heat-dissipating fan having a dust-proof structure includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a shaft and a bearing disposed in a shaft hole of the shaft. The rotor includes an axle inserted in the bearing. The axle of the rotor has an inner end connected with an axle seat. The axle seat is located in the shaft hole of the shaft. A slight gap is defined between an outer wall of the axle seat and an inner wall of the shaft hole. The outer wall of the axle seat has a plurality of guiding grooves to block external air from entering the bearing. The guiding grooves are spiral grooves or V-shaped grooves. The guiding grooves are used to expel the air along with the rotation of the rotor, achieving a dust-proof protective structure in a non-contact type to block external dust or water vapor from entering the bearing to influence the running of the bearing. The present invention can enhance the service life of the heat-dissipating fan.
