摘要: A ceiling fan, including: a rotary shaft, a stator, and a rotor. The rotor includes an inner annular chamber, a magnetic-shoe fixation portion, a connection portion, and a bearing installation portion. The stator is housed in the inner annular chamber of the rotor. The bearing installation portion is disposed at one side of the magnetic-shoe fixation portion. One end of the connection portion is fixed on the magnetic-shoe fixation portion, and the other end of connection portion is fixed on the bearing installation portion. The magnetic-shoe fixation portion, the bearing installation portion are integrated with the connection portion. The geometric centers of the rotary shaft, the stator, the magnetic-shoe fixation portion, and the bearing installation portion are located in a straight line.

摘要: The preferred embodiments of the present invention provide two advantageous features, which are especially beneficial in combination, but which can be advantageously and beneficially employed independently of one another: (1) firstly, a self-cooling motor bearing system; and (2) secondly, a self-lubricating motor bearing system. In the preferred embodiments, one or both of these two advantageous features are integrated inside an electric motor (e.g., within the electric motor's enclosure housing) in such a manner as to greatly enhance bearing operating conditions (e.g., maintaining adequate bearing lubrication and/or bearing operating temperature) without the use of external lubrication units and/or external cooling units.

摘要: This blower apparatus includes an air blowing portion including a plurality of flat plates arranged with an axial gap defined between adjacent ones of the flat plates; a motor portion arranged to rotate the air blowing portion; and a housing arranged to house the air blowing portion and the motor portion. The flat plates include an air hole arranged to pass therethrough in an axial direction. Once the air blowing portion starts rotating, an air flow traveling radially outward is generated between the flat, plates by viscous drag of surfaces of the flat plates and a centrifugal force. Thus, gas supplied through the air inlet and the air hole travels radially outwardly of the air blowing portion. Accordingly, a reduced thickness of the blower apparatus does not result in a significant reduction in the air blowing efficiency.

摘要: A fan device with oil-retaining bearing includes a base seat and an oil-retaining bearing. The base seat has a central tubular section and a bearing cup extending from the central tubular section to one side. The bearing cup has an internal bearing hole. The central tubular section has at least one mating section in adjacency to the bearing hole. The oil-retaining bearing is disposed in the bearing hole. The oil-retaining bearing has at least one connection section mated with the mating section. The connection section and the mating section are mated with each other so that the oil-retaining bearing is securely disposed in the bearing hole. In addition, the operation of the shaft will not be affected due to the press fit and the difficulty in controlling the glue dispensing process.
