摘要： Methods and compositions for modulating plant yield are provided. Methods include employing cell cycle switch 52 (ccs52). The ccs52 sequences are used in a variety of methods including modulating plant biomass, growth, or both. Transformed plants, plant cell, tissues, seed, and expression vectors are also provided.
