摘要： Method for producing lignin-peroxydase from the fungus Phanerochaete chrysosporium. The method comprises a first step of culture wherein the phospholipids and the emulsified fatty acids are added to the culture medium; a second step during which veratrylic alcohol is added to the culture medium, the culture medium being partially renewed for the second culture step and totally renewed for the third and fourth culture steps, by varying the content of constituents in said medium. Application to the production of lignin-peroxydase with important yields.
