    Abstract: The using of carbon nanotubes to produce a thin film or buckypaper, hereafter referred to as carbon nanotube membrane, which is soaked with epoxy resin or a carbon nanotube-epoxy resin composite adhesive, and then placed between the joining edges of components, where after an electric current is passed through to heat up the carbon nanotube membrane.
