摘要： A fully-integrated computer-aided method for sizing and building paper reels from which a plurality of smaller rolls of paper are created. Data pertaining to the measurements of paper reels and the rolls to be built therefrom is entered into a computer programmed with electronic spreadsheet software, which stores, validates and computes measurement values so that the diameter of the paper reel from which the smaller paper reels are being built is of the correct size to minimize waste.
