    摘要: The invention provides a paper conveyance mechanism capable of curl correction of paper drawn out from roll paper according to the intensity of curl. The paper conveyance mechanism comprises an ironing part for correcting paper curl which is brought into contact with an outer surface of the paper, a pressing part which presses the paper from one side to bend the paper at the ironing part, and an arm engaged with an outer circumferential surface of the roll paper to be operated according to a change in a roll diameter. An upstream-side pressing part is moved from the one side toward the other side in association with an operation of the arm during at least part of a period of the operation of the arm to reduce an ironing angle formed in the paper bent at the ironing part according to a decrease in the roll diameter.

    摘要: To improve precision in identifying the amount that remains of a recording medium, an apparatus includes a paper holder that supports an outer circumferential surface of a recording medium that is biased downward in a vertical direction by the weight of the recording medium, such that a position of a center of the recording medium moves on a straight-line trace, associated with consumption of the recording medium; and a light-reflecting sensor that is provided at a predetermined position at a side face of the paper holder and senses displacement per unit time at a position facing the predetermined position of the recording medium that is rotated by being pulled out of the paper holder, associated with the consumption of the recording medium, where based on the displacement sensed by the light-reflecting sensor, a radius of the recording medium at the time the light reflecting sensor senses the displacement is calculated.

    摘要: A paper roll device includes a casing, two rollers, a lever, a resilient component, a detecting module and a control module. The two rollers are installed inside the casing and for supporting a paper roll cooperatively. An end of the lever is disposed between the two rollers, and the lever pivots around a shaft. The paper roll sinks to contact the end of the lever, so as to push the end of the lever in a first direction. The resilient component is connected to the lever and for supporting the lever in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The detecting module is for detecting a position state of the other end of the lever, so as to generate a corresponding detecting signal. The control module is electrically connected to the detecting module and for determining a using state of the paper roll according to the detecting signal.

    摘要: A control method based on a single-power caching mechanism. The single-power caching mechanism comprises an active coiling block, a driving motor, passive coiling blocks, and a tape coiling. The active coiling block is disposed on the driving motor. The active roiling block and the passive coiling blocks are connected through the tape coiling. The control method comprises the following steps: 1) when the driving motor needs to be shut down, detecting a rotational inertia of the active coiling block, a semidiameter of the active coiling block, a semidiameter of the passive coiling blocks, and a rotational inertia of the passive coiling blocks; and 2) controlling a breaking torque of the driving motor to be M1≦I1×r×M2/(I2×R), M2 being a torsional moment of the passive coiling blocks. Also disclosed is a control system based on a single-power caching mechanism. When the breaking torque M1 of the driving motor is controlled to be smaller than or equal to I1×r×M2/(I2×R), it can be ensured that the active coiling block and the passive coiling blocks remain a same operation state in a process of reducing the speed until they are static completely, rotational distances are equal and the tape coiling is straightened.
