    摘要: In a process of fabricating an organic electro-luminescence display, a substrate, a plurality of organic electro-luminescence devices, and a patterned separator structure are provided. The organic electro-luminescence devices and the patterned separator structure are disposed over the substrate. The patterned separator structure separates the organic electro-luminescence devices. A thickness of the patterned separator structure is greater than that of the organic electro-luminescence devices. A first passivation layer is then formed to completely cover the patterned separator structure and the organic electro-luminescence devices. A plurality of color filters are formed on the first passivation layer. The color filters are located above the organic electro-luminescence devices.

    摘要: A stacked organic electroluminescent device, which includes a substrate, an anode layer, organic emitting layers, carrier generation layers, reflecting layers and a cathode layer, is provided. The substrate has first emitting region, second emitting region, and third emitting region. The anode layer is above the substrate. And above the anode layer are the following layers sequentially: a first organic emitting layer, a first carrier generation layer, a second organic emitting layer, a second carrier generation layer, and a third organic emitting layer. The first reflecting layer, the second reflecting layer, and the third reflecting layer are in the stacked structure. And each of them is disposed corresponding to the first emitting region, the second emitting region, and the third emitting region. The cathode layer is on the third organic emitting layer. The stacked organic electroluminescent device has full color spectrum, improved luminant efficiency, and color purity.

    摘要: An active matrix organic electro-luminescence device array comprises an active element array substrate, a patterned rib, a conductive layer, an organic luminescent layer and a common electrode layer. The active element array substrate has a plurality of active elements, and the patterned rib is disposed over the active element array substrate, wherein the patterned rib has a plurality of apertures exposing the active elements. The conductive layer is disposed over the active element array substrate and the patterned rib, wherein a portion of the conductive layer disposed over the active element array substrate and a portion of the conductive layer disposed over the patterned rib are disconnected. The organic luminescent layer is disposed over the conductive layer in the apertures. Finally, for example, the common electrode layer is formed by a plasma diffusion method to cover the organic luminescent layer and the patterned rib completely and continuously.

    摘要: A process of fabricating an organic electro-luminescence display panel is provided. An organic electro-luminescence element is formed over a substrate and then a stack structure is formed over the substrate covering the organic electro-luminescence element. Wherein the stack structure comprises an organic polymer layer and an inorganic compound layer. The inorganic compound layer is composed of at least two inorganic films, and an interface between the inorganic films comprises a material intermixed with materials of the two inorganic films. The stack structure of the present invention is capable of effectively reducing penetration of atmospheric moisture and oxygen into the organic electro-luminescence element and thus effectively reducing the damage thereof.

    摘要: An organic electro-luminescent display panel is described. The panel includes an organic electro-luminescent device layer on a substrate, a first barrier layer and a second barrier layer. Especially, the first barrier layer is disposed over the organic electro-luminescent device layer, and a gap is formed between the first barrier layer and the organic electro-luminescent device layer. The second barrier layer is disposed over the substrate covering the first barrier layer and the organic electro-luminescent device layer. The first barrier layer and the second barrier layer have a function of isolating the organic electro-luminescent device layer from oxygen, moisture and other contaminations.
