    摘要: A storage device management method for a storage device is provided. The method includes periodically obtaining a current device temperature corresponding to the storage device via a temperature sensor of the storage device; accumulating a first count value in response to determining that the current device temperature is greater than a first temperature threshold;
    adjusting the first temperature threshold in response to determining that the first count value is greater than the first count threshold; accumulating a second count value in response to determining that the current device temperature is greater than a second temperature threshold; adjusting the second temperature threshold in response to determining that the second count value is greater than the second count threshold; and controlling the storage device to enter a target system state in response to determining that the current device temperature is not less than a critical temperature threshold.

    摘要: A computer device and a data protection method therefore are provided. The computer device includes an embedded controller, a data storage, and a power module. The embedded controller includes a general-purpose input-output port. The data storage is coupled to the embedded controller through the general-purpose input-output port. The power module is coupled to the embedded controller. The embedded controller detects whether an abnormal shutdown event occurs. When the abnormal shutdown event occurs, the embedded controller informs the data storage to perform a buffered data storage operation through the general-purpose input-output port, so as to transfer buffered data in the data storage to a non-volatile storage area in the data storage, and the embedded controller controls the power module to maintain power supply to the data storage in a predetermined time period.

    摘要: A dental impression tray has a base and a relator. The base has a biting portion and a handle. The biting portion is curved. The handle is formed on the biting portion and has an arc hole that is defined through the handle to receive impression material. The relator has a vertical bar and a horizontal bar. The relator is mounted in the arc hole and is fastened in the arc hole by impression material. The horizontal bar connects perpendicularly to the vertical bar. Therefore, the impression of the teeth to be crowned or veneered as well as the relation between the impression and the patient's face are obtained simultaneously.

    摘要: A hard disk monitoring method and a hard disk monitoring system are provided. The hard disk monitoring method includes: determining whether a speaker outputs a sound source by using a host system; if the speaker outputs the sound source, determining whether a performance of the hard disk is lower than a threshold by using the host system; if the performance of the hard disk is lower than the threshold, adjusting the sound source signal of the sound source by using the host system. Therefore, the hard disk monitoring method and the hard disk monitoring system inspect the performance of the hard disk when the speaker outputs the sound source. If the performance of the hard disk drops, the volume outputted by the speaker is dynamically turned down to stop the performance drop of the hard disk caused by the vibration generated by the speaker outputting the sound source.

    摘要: A network protocol for low-cost, low-power devices coupled to a self-organizing wireless network using a spanning tree backbone architecture is described. In this protocol, physical and logical network construction and maintenance operations, which supports efficient data routing in the network, are performed. The construction phase in conjunction with the maintenance phase insures the self-organizing capability of the network. At the same time, the maintenance operations provide a self-healing mechanism so that the network can recover from node failures and a self-updating mechanism so that the network can expand as more nodes enter the system. Also, the logical backbone hierarchy will facilitate multi-hop communication. The construction of a logical layered spanning tree backbone architecture from an underlying physical topology allows seamless data communication routing between all nodes in the network.
