    Abstract: An exemplary battery charging system includes a temperature sensor, a voltage measuring device, a processor and a charger. The temperature sensor is used for continuously sensing the current temperature of a rechargeable battery. The voltage measuring device is used for continuously measuring the current voltage U of the rechargeable battery. The processor is used for comparing the current temperature T with two temperature thresholds and comparing the current voltage U with two cut-off voltages, and generating a PWM control signal to the charger based on the results of the comparisons. The charger is used for charging the battery. When T reads as normal, the charger charges the battery using a first average current I1 and stops charging at U1. When T reads as hot, the charger charges the battery using a second average current I2 and stops charging at U2, wherein I1>I2, U1>U2.

    Abstract: An audio jack connector for mating with an audio plug connector has an insulating housing. The insulating housing defines an inserting hole extended from the front to the rear for receiving the audio plug connector and a recess communicating with the inserting hole at a rear end thereof. A terminal received in the recess has a base plate. Two opposite sides of the base plate extend downwards to form two fixing wings. Two facing contacting arms extend frontward from two front edges of the two fixing wings. Free ends of the contacting arms arch towards each other to form two smooth V-shaped contacting portions protruded into the inserting hole. Each of the contacting portions has two spaced smooth ribs protruded from an inner surface thereof and spreading towards two ends of the contacting portion from a peak of the contacting portion to form a smooth V-shape.

    Abstract: A card connector is disclosed that includes an insulating housing and a plurality of contacts. The insulating housing defines a plurality of contact slots. Each of the contact slots extends outwardly and laterally to opposite sides to form two resisting protrusions respectively, wherein each of the resisting protrusions forms a resisting surface extending obliquely and inwardly from one side thereof. The contacts are respectively received in the contact slots of the insulating housing. Each of the contacts has a contact portion protruding upwardly for being pressed by a card and the contact portion is connected with a bearing portion resisting against the resisting surface for preventing the contact portion from flipping upwardly out of the insulating housing.

    Abstract: A memory card connector includes a housing with a base, a cover, multiple electric terminals installed on the top surface of the base. The base has a left fixing hole and a right fixing hole penetrating its surface. Both sides of the base extend upwards to form a first wall and a second wall. The first wall has a left passageway at its back. The second wall has a right passageway at its back. The cover has a left back board with a left rivet and a left fixing arm. A right back board has a right rivet and a right fixing arm. The cover and the housing are assembled after the rivets are received in the corresponding passageways respectively. After the cover is opened, the fixing arms are inserted into the corresponding fixing holes respectively so that the cover can't come off the housing.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulation housing having an insertion passage arranged at a top surface thereon, a receiving space arranged at a bottom surface thereon.
